Incredible views in a beautiful place!
Breathtaking sunsets, gorgeous nature, extraordinary water views: This rental has it all! The rental is well equipped and convenient. The rooms are well-decorated with plenty of space to enjoy it all. We have stayed at several places in Hilton Head Island over the years and we would not hesitate to go back to this lovely vacation spot. Paradise!

Great vacation!
This was our second year in a row at Beachside Tennis. This time the experience was even easier because the condo used an access code instead of a key. By booking early enough we got our packet in the mail and didn't have to go by the office. Everything was perfect in the condo. Highly recommended!!

Adore the views.
My family and I needed a break badly. Finding that property by the beach was the best relaxing time in a very long time. Actually, we wanted to go as soon as we’ve got back. Hahaha

Great Rental Unit
I have stayed in Sea Pines 2x a year for the past 27 years and this unit has to be the cleanest most well-maintained unit I have ever stayed in. To top it off the views are incredible from the 4th-floor balconies. Highly recommend this rental unit.

Great Beach getaway
The condo was spacious and very clean. The view and beach access was superb. Loved the credit for bikes and beach gear. Had a wonderful first trip to Hilton Head. We’d definitely rebook here in the future.

HHI-Wonderful Home away from Home
Our stay at this location on Beachside Tennis was great! We had a front row seat to the ocean & Calibogue Sound & was able to watch the dolphins swimming on a daily basis. The management company was terrific. We contacted them with a few small items such as one light out in one of the bathrooms & the toaster didn’t work. The next day both the light & brand new toaster were replaced and delivered. We would not hesitate to rent from Coastal Home & Villa in the future .

Hilton Head Beachside Tennis Ocean Front Condo 1897
We drove down from Michigan to spend a week in Hilton Head at Sea Pines Resort. It was wonderful the Condo was outstanding, clean with spectacular views of the Ocean!! Coastal Carolina was very very good especially loved the keyless entry so we could go directly to the Condo !!!We will definitely repeat our visit and use Coastal

Fantastic...highly recommend
We stayed here the very last week of 2020. I haven't been to Hilton Head in 30 years. My family and I have been vacationing in Isle of Palms outside of Charleston, SC for the past 10 years or more. This unit and the Sea Pines area are fantastic!! After looking at old pics, it's obvious this unit was just renovated in 2020. It's a lot of space on one floor. We absolutely love it. The views are stunning...right on top of the water. The first time we walked in the unit we were greeted outside of the window by 10+ dolphins swimming in the water. There are a lot of dolphins around. The beach is fantastic. Sea Pines feels very woodsy and quite secluded...in a great way. Highly highly recommend. First class.

Great experience!
The property management company was so easy to work with. They mailed the door codes and sea pines passes in advance so we never had to check in. The condo was very nice and views amazing! We did not have one single issue or complaint and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing vacation!

Beautiful and Well Kept
I was impressed with how well-kept the unit was and I thought it tastefully decorated. The beds were also very comfortable. The unit was also generously supplied with everything that we needed such as detergent and dishwashing liquid. The view, the cleanliness and the amenities were perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Hilton Head trip

Nature lover’s paradise.
Our first time at this unit and we where very happy with the overall experience. Property management was excellent with communication and the unit was everything promised. Pros: the view, lots of nature and animals watching, spectacular sun sets, well appointed unite, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, great showers, new appliances, great ice maker (very important), excellent AC, keyless entry, quiet, and very clean. Cons: none. Bring your binoculars… deer, dolphins, sharks/fish, ospreys, royal turns, hawks, boats and more!

Beautiful condo
Beautiful condo with amazing views. Kitchen well supplied and very clean! The property management is constantly cleaning the outside areas and I don’t think there was a time we got in the elevators when they hadn’t just been wiped down again. We’ve been coming to hhi for 8 years and always stay in Beachside Tennis. This was one of our favorite condos.

Wow

We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and were shocked there were enough pots and pans etc!

Besides the place was spotless and THE views are the best ! You are almost hanging over the beach. The sunsets are amazing and since it was chilly we could see them from the condo. Service from the rental company was also very smooth. We loved not having to check in off site before entering!!!

Beautiful Sunsets!
We loved the beautiful sunsets from the balcony or family room. Lots of dolphins to watch from the condo or beach. Very convenient location! South Beach Marina and Salty Dog is across the street! Grill area at the pool is very nice.

Island Getaway
The weather was perfect, the villa was very clean and comfortable, the views from the 4th floor balcony were incredible! Would definitely rent again utilizing Coastal Villa, the staff there were wonderful and were able to answer any questions within the day.

Wonderful vacation rental
We loved 1897 Beachside Tennis Villa! The unit has recently been updated with new furniture and new kitchen. Fantastic view of Calibogue Sound, lots of dolphin watching and beautiful sunsets. This was possibly the cleanest villa we have ever rented. The management company was helpful and quick to respond to any questions. My only complaint would be there wasn't a hair dryer in either bathroom for guests. Overall I would rent again and suggest to friends. Love the South Beach Marina area so much.

Great Stay
We had a great stay. The condo was spotless. The unit is beautifully decorated. The property manager was easy to work with. The location was great with fantastic views. The neighborhood and Beach were on the quite side. We were within walking distance to The Salty Dog and South Beach Marina. We saw many dolphins, pelicans diving. Everything we needed was provided.

Exceeded Expectations
Our family of 4 (adult children) loved this unit, our third stay at Beachside Tennis. The description sounded very good, and the reality was better. Highlights are definitely the view, the decor, very attentive cleanliness, location, laundry and other appliances, and comfortable beds. We definitely will hope to return to this specific unit in the future. We had incredible weather too!
