Best beach vacation!!!
Our stay at 76 S Sea Pines was nothing short of amazing! For our small family (2 adults/3kids), the space felt abundant. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and more! Luxury furnishings, so so clean, and absolutely the best location! We watched so many people lug their beach gear on bikes but for us? The beach path was directly across the street! We were beachside within 4-5 min walk. Our kids had the best time. Just perfect!!!!

Everything Was So Easy!
As the title says, everything was so easy, which isn't always the case at a rental. The doors slid smoothly, the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. I could go on and on but it was like staying at a friend's very lovely home. We loved that the beach access was right across the road; you could practically see the sand standing in the driveway (a long but straight walk away!). This house was perfect for our 3 adults and 3 children. The pool was a great size for both play and hanging out, and we love the additional backyard space for playing. The screen porch provided a great spot to hang out and watch the swimmers while getting some shade. No complaints from us! When the wifi did go out (a provider issue, not a house issue), a representative from the rental agency was at our house about 10 minutes after we left the voicemail. True service!

The house was in fantastic condition. It is the most deeply stocked house with items that anyone would need in the kitchen, can't say enough about that. Lots of nice amenities as well, puzzles, games, blue tooth speaker, box fans, excellent condition furniture, very clean grill, across street from bike path, close to Salty Dog restaurant and shops, and a wonderful very short walk to the beach. Well maintained yard and the screened in porch was a wonderful feature. This house didn't disappoint. If availability and timing is right on our end, we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation home
Second time staying here and absolutely love it! The home is wonderful and very clean. The inside decor had been updated since our stay 3 years ago and the living area was very comfortable. Love the enclosed patio, hot tub and pool. No need to go to the beach with everything right there, although the beach is just a short walk away. Had a minor issue with the heated pool but Tyler was very responsive even responding multiple times to my emails on a Sunday. He quickly resolved the issue and provided a refund for the couple days it was unavailable. Overall, a wonderful vacation and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great vacation.

A wonderful experience!
We returned home yesterday after spending a wonderful week at 76 South Sea Pines Drive in the Sea Pines Plantation South Beach Marina area. The home was beautiful, fully equipped and located within an easy walk to a pristine beach as well as the South Beach Marina. For anyone considering a future rental of this property please know that the pictures of the unit on the Coastal Home site are a very true representation! We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for many years, but this was only the second time we have rented a private home. The Coastal Home people made the entire rental process seamless from the original reservation to a simple keyless entry checkin on arrival. Our overall experience was completely positive.

This house is a beauty. Absolute perfection with the layout, cleanliness, and decorating. The walk to the private beach is only about 4-5 blocks. I wish we could have stayed for a month! We will definitely be back.

Birthday Celebration in Sea Pines
This vacation was a birthday gift to myself for bringing together my kids for a week of relaxation. When they were small, we stayed in Sea Pines for about 6 years with other families. We couldn't have been more pleased with the location and the property itself. The pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen is well equipped. You do have privacy at this property when in the backyard. The pool was refreshing after a day at the beach and the screened in porch worked out perfectly. The house is right across the street from the beach path access. We rented bikes to easily get around. You can ride to South Beach and with a little longer ride to Harbor Town. I would certainly recommend the house and will probably stay there again.

Fabulous Seven Week Stay!
The home is perfect for a family of four to spread out, work and remote school, while enjoying all of Sea Pines and HHI. Close to South Beach, Tower beach, and a beach path right across the street! The property management company was at the ready if we needed the pool heat reset or extra supplies. A great, great house, we hope you enjoy as much as we did!

Amazing House- 76 South Sea Pines
We love this house! We have now stayed here 2 times and every-time is just as fabulous as before. The house is extremely clean and the kitchen is completely stocked with all appliances and utensils. Great location and the rental company is very responsive!We will definitely be coming back!

Very responsive, heated pool is worth it!
The extra cost for having the heated pool and hot tub was well worth the money. The kitchen was amazing, well stocked, and we used it frequently. The management company was very responsive, friendly, and took care of all of our needs. Sea Pines was an excellent area to bike around and the nearby Salty Dog Cafe was a fantastic place to eat out. Try the wafflelicious!

October Getaway
Everything was easy regarding rental of this property. If I had a question, the rental agency was quick to answer them. One problem arose regarding heating the pool and spa but it was taken care of immediately. Great vacation home.

Great vacation in Sea Pines, South Carolina
We have stayed at this home in the past and our more recent experience was just as fabulous as the last ones. We stayed for 2 weeks in October, 2020. The home is right on the bike/walking trail; walking distance to the beach which you can see out the front door; biking distance from the Salty Dog and Low Country Produce. The house is so nicely appointed and totally redone with a nice big beautiful kitchen and living areas. We used the dining room and one bedroom for offices when we needed one. The bedrooms and baths are perfect. The screened in porch was lovely to sit on or eat in as well as the backyard. The golf courses are beautiful and well managed. It is lovely and I highly recommend.

Love this house!
Have rented this house twice now and we absolutely love it! The location is directly across the street from a beach walk which so convenient. It has a nice open floor plan, screened porch and nice pool and hot tub. only thing I would suggest is to replace the porch with more comfy and relaxing, would love to hang out on the porch more! Will definitely rent this house again and again!

Wonderful property and great location
House was exactly as it looked in pictures. It was spotless and included everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with a great variety of dishes, glasses, bowls, bakeware and utensils as well as wine and martini glasses. We appreciated the extra little touches that were included such as laundry detergent, dish washing liquid, paper towels, soap, hair care products and garbage bags. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, pool, enclosed porch and the privacy provided from the landscaping. The beach path was right across the street and an easy walk from the property. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels provided. Coastal Home and Villa was very responsive to questions and requests. I can’t imagine a better place to stay and hope to book it again for our next trip. I would highly recommend this property.

November 2019 Stay

Great HH beach house!
We really enjoyed our stay! We only had three people but the home could easily sleep six or eight. The house was super clean, the decor was nice and the kitchen was well stocked. We spent most of our time on the screened-in porch or by the pool. The beach is very close and the path is right across the street. We only had to contact the management company once, they were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

The Absolute Best!
This home was AMAZING! The beds were comfortable, the screened in porch was a nice bonus, and it was also the cleanest home we have ever rented. The local management company, Coastal Home and Villa, were the best company we've ever worked with. They are really Johnny-on-the-spot with whatever we needed. If you are looking for an updated, clean vacation rental home that is super close to the beach - 76 South Pines Drive is it. We have already booked for next year! Can't wait to come back:)

Best Rental in Hilton Head
I only hesitate to write this review because selfishly I would like to keep this home as a secret for all of our future vacations. We have been going to HHI for 15 years and this home and management company are the best we’ve seen! We have already booked a return trip for August. The location to the beach was closer than we expected, everything was immaculate, beds comfy and space was very livable. One thing we didn’t realize was the street was busier than we thought it would be- easy workaround for was to go through the backyard to a quiet Steet that connected to the bike path which was much safer. Great stay and looking forward to our return trip this summer!
