Perfect for our needs
Perfect property which also allowed us to have our dog with us. Great location which is peaceful and quiet and close to walking trails. Bathtubs have been updated since our last visit which was a wonderful improvement. Will likely stay here again. The management company is the best! Cannot say enough good things about Coastal Home and Villa.

Spacious home

Vacation Fun
We had a wonderful time! The house was spacious and comfy. Each bedroom had a spacious bathroom which we loved. We really enjoyed the pool. We appreciated that the house was dog friendly; they had a good time too! Great location—not far to shops.

Excellent vacation home for families
We so enjoyed this beautiful, clean, well-appointed home away from home! This was our fourth trip to Sea Pines. We’ve always rented a house in order to comfortably accommodate our family of 5 + 2 dogs. This home has been our favorite so far!

Beautiful Home
The home was beautiful and tastefully decorated. The front of the house and first impression did not do it justice. It was very spacious with a gorgeous and relaxing pool area. It was perfect for our family, especially with the extra TV room.

Active Relaxing Vacation
Very comfortable home that met all our needs to get away from many months of restricted travel. Home has all amenities and pool was icing on the cake. Home is well located for local restaurants and other venues. We rode bicycles, horses and took excursions on boats and enjoyed swimming in the ocean and playing on the beach. It was an all around good vacation.

Great house with beautiful pool on Sea Pines
My husband and I stayed in the house for a week with our two Shih tzus! The house was so comfy- bed was very comfy and the his and her baths were extra convienent! The pool was the highlight for us- we spent most of our time in tthe backyard. We paid to have it heated and felt that was necessary for early May- pool was always a perfect warm temperature. Although the backyard was not fenced it was very private and our dogs were able to explore without leaving the property! The grassy front yard is also nice for potty breaks. The kitchen was very serviceable had all the tools we needed- we didn’t cook a ton but when we did we found everything we needed! The gas grill was great for grilling out! Brand new appliances in the kitchen. The hard surfaces throughout the living spaces is great for people and for dogs- you couldn’t even tell dogs were ever here! The house was clean and well furnished. The bike path is very accessible so a quick bike ride or walk and you’re to the beach, south beach Marina or Harbourtown. We had bikes delivered and it was so convenient! We had one issue with the pool filter and management responded very quickly- like 10 minutes at our door. One suggestion we’d make is to have a new broom or electric blower to sweep the yard debris off the patio. We’d recommend this house and would rent again!

Cute House - Close to Beach

Loved It!
We really enjoyed our stay at this home for our annual family vacation. This was our favorite rental in the 11 years we’ve been vacationing in HHI! We’ve never felt so “at-home” in a rental. It was well equipped with everything we could have needed, very clean, and in a great location. The pool was so nice and enhanced our experience. The pool company even came mid-week to clean it. We will definitely rent again! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Lovely Vacation Rental

A terrific second home
We love this property and have for the past six years. Perfect size for us and plenty of room for guests. Twenty trees surrounding the house and pool add to the beauty and privacy. Elegant furnishings, fireplace and skylights make the house a real home.

An Elegant Five Month Stay
We have loved 71 Heritage Road since we began staying there some six years ago. It's the perfect long term rental, with large rooms, elegant furniture and convenient layout. Adding the pool and waterfall really make this the perfect place for us.

Fantastic family vacation in Sea Pines
We really enjoyed our stay. The house and property were very pretty. We found everything to be well cleaned at the time of our check. Finding the property and entry was very easy. We loved having our own pool and back patio to enjoy. The fact that we were able to bring our dog along made our trip even better, however you’d never know by the way the home looks or smells that animals have ever been there. Kitchen was well equipped and gas grill was clean and easy to use. Towels provided for pool/beach were a nice addition. There was an extra small fridge in the laundry area to use to chill overflow “vacation beverages”. We could bike to the beach in less than 15 minutes from this location. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to anyone planning a Hilton Head vacation. We liked that the bedrooms were located on the opposite side of the home. Would recommend letting renters know what day to expect lawn and pool maintenance to come. We had to wrap at the pool unexpectedly to allow it to be cleaned one afternoon. It did not greatly impact our plans, but if we’d known when to expect them we may have made alternative plans for that day.

Great location, great pool area, our family loved it
We loved the location, it was a short walk on the path to the beach and in a very quiet neighborhood. The pool area was very spacious and had a good mix of sun and shade through the day. It is a very private back yard, a deer strolled by one evening which was fun. There is some grass in the back yard for pets but we typically took them out to the larger grassy area in the front yard. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. We loved our stay and hope to rent this house again in the future.

Best Ever
Incredible 3 bedroom 3 bath 2500 square foot home in the Heritage Woods neighborhood of Seapines Resort. Elegant furnishings, private pool with a waterfall, wood burning fireplace, deer running through the yard, set back from the road, surrounded by 20 trees, flowering bushes around the house, large front yard. Close to Harbourtown and the South Beach Racquet Club. Ideal for a winter getaway.

Hill Vacation at HHI - May 2021
We had a great time. For me, this was my first visit to HHI. Our son has been here numerous times for golf outings with friends and typically stays with a group that shares a condo. We were very pleased with the accommodations, and certainly many great restaurants and bars, plus ample shopping opportunities. The weather turned out fantastic, with no rain ! Excellent trip and look forward to our next visit.

A Great Two Weeks in Sunny Hilton Head
We really enjoyed our two-week stay at 71 Heritage Road. The house was clean and had everything we needed, and we had a great time hanging on the back patio with our dog and in swimming in the pool everyday. As a bonus -- the property is very close to the bike trails and a short walk to the beach, so it was easy to explore more of the island and enjoy all of its benefits. Management company was quick to respond during booking and for a random question during our stay. The one minor improvement from the management company would be a clearer outline of the trash pick-up schedule and lawn / pool cleaning timing in the welcome packet, but it wasn't really a big deal. Highly recommend this house and we hope to stay again!
