Welcome to 25 Ruddy Turnstone! This beautifully renovated five bedroom, five bathroom home is located third row ocean in Sea Pines and can host a group of up to 14 guests. With the beach path just next to the home, it takes no time to get to the beach!
This home features a nice pool deck area with a gas grill. The pool and soaking style spa be heated seasonally - please see more details in the description below. There is an additional fee to heat the pool and/or soaking style spa - please reach out to our office in advance if you are interested.
1ST FLOOR:
The main living room with a flat screen television and is open to the kitchen and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen features a large island, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, gas stovetop and a double oven. The dining room table has ample seating. Additional seating is located outside on the deck or bar top on the kitchen island.
A queen bed room has a spacious desk, flat screen TV, and closet. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower located adjacent to the entrance of this bedroom.
The first of two washer and dryers is located on the first floor in the laundry room.
MID-LEVEL:
A queen bedroom with a private bathroom that has his-and-her-sinks + a walk-in shower. The second laundry room with a washer and dryer is located on this floor.
The second of two washer and dryers is located on the mid-level floor in the additional laundry room.
2ND FLOOR:
On the second floor landing, there is a sitting area with a flat screen TV. Just behind this landing, there is a small room with two twin beds. Perfect spot for the little ones! The bathroom access would be shared with one of the bedrooms on this floor.
The next bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Another king bedroom, flat screen TV and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The final bedroom has two double beds with a private bathroom that has a walk-in shower.
25 Ruddy Turnstone is the perfect home for a beach getaway - large enough for a big family and very close to the ocean!

- Pool Info: Fully renovated in 2022, the pool is approximately 25 feet by 12 feet. The pool and soaking style spa can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The soaking style spa can be heated year-round for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool/and or spa heat + pay fee. **If you elect to add spa heat onto your stay - please note that while the spa will heat up to 102-104 degrees, the jets will circulate the water at a low pressure creating an experience which is more like a soaking spa.**

Hilton Head vacation 2022
We have been coming to Hilton Head for 40 years with our children and their family. We all agreed that this was the best house we have ever had. It was beautifully furnished, clean and very close to the beach. When we arrived they were there fixing something that was broken and didn’t wait until we had called and complained about it. Great house!
We loved this house. We had 2 families that shared it. If you have lots of kids, there are only 2 bedrooms with twins/doubles. But it fit our group perfectly. It is also close to the beach - a very easy walk.- Carrie S , Posted: 06/29/2022
25 Ruddy Turnstone
This was the 2nd year that we stayed at 25 Ruddy Turnstone. The house is perfect for our group of 12. Very convenient, a 2 minute walk to the beach, and just a 5 minute drive to nearest golf course. Beautiful house and pool setting!- Martha B , Posted: 06/05/2023

Lovely beach house
This house rental for a family vacation reunion of nine adult family members was great. The house was beautiful, clean, well stocked and big enough for everyone to have their own personal space. The location was private with a outdoor pool and a short walk to a private section of the beach. Management company was very responsive and promptly took care of a few minor complaints (ie difficulty turning on grill, getting leaves out of pool). Cleaning service was excellent. Great home for family vacation
We selected this home for our annual trip to Hilton Head Island/Sea Pines because our original choice was sold and unavailable. It was a great choice. The home is large with plenty of bedrooms and baths. We had 6 adults and 3 children. Plenty of room for everyone. Short walk to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was fun for the children. Great location, tons of space!

A great family getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at 25 Ruddy Turnstone. The house was a great set up for 3 families. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and a large, open common area for gathering together. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The dining room table was large and there was lots of seating in the living room, so it was easy for everyone to be together. A Piece of Paradise
Wow, what an amazing vacation! The house is comfortably large and beautifully decorated. It manages to gather the family in one large space, but yet bedrooms big enough that you could retreat for some alone time. Never had a family trip where no one wanting to go home. Great Stay
We just returned from a week at this beautiful home. For us, the location was perfect and we loved that you could walk back and forth to the beach because it was so close. Plenty of room for our large group of adults and teenagers. Very well stocked kitchen and lots of room to feed a large group (so many vacation rentals overlook that detail). Property manager was very responsive to a few minor issues and also after a tropical storm hit the island. We couldn't be more pleased with their response.
