Welcome to 24 Sandhill Crane! This stunning oceanfront home has five bedrooms with five and a half bathrooms and can host a group of up to 19 guests.
The outdoor area is simply the best! Outdoor dining table available, a private pool & spa, gas grill, plenty of seating and oceanfront views! The spa was newly added in 2024. The private pool and spa can be heated seasonally - please see more details in the description below. There is an additional fee to heat the pool and/or spa.
1ST FLOOR
On the first floor of the home you will find three of the bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and an oceanfront view plus direct access to the outdoor porch. There is a private bathroom accessible through the bedroom with a walk-in shower. This bathroom also opens up to the living area.
Bedroom two has two queen beds, flat screen TV and an oceanfront view plus direct access to the porch. The private bath has a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. Bedroom three has two double beds and a flat screen TV. The private bath has a walk-in shower.
Nearby you have the laundry room with a washer and dryer & a second fridge. The first of two living rooms features an oceanfront view, large flat screen TV and direct access to the pool deck area. The mini-bar area off this living room has a wine fridge and ice maker.
2ND FLOOR:
The second living area has a large flat screen TV with direct access to the oceanfront balcony. This balcony has outdoor dining available as well as seating. There is a sleeper sofa located in this living area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and has a breakfast table with seating. The formal dining area just around the corner can seat up to eight guests. A powder room is located close to these areas.
The fourth bedroom is the master bedroom - direct oceanfront with a king bed, sitting area, walk-in closet and flat screen TV. The private master bath has a walk-in shower, separate soaking tub and his-and-her sinks.
At the end of the hallway, you have an updated full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This is the main bathroom for the final bedroom on the 3rd floor.
3RD FLOOR:
The fifth bedroom has two twin beds plus a pyramid bunk bed (double on bottom, twin on top). There is a flat screen TV and the bathroom is located at the bottom of the stairs on the second floor.

- Pool/Spa Info: The private pool is approximately 28 feet by 15 feet. The pool and spa can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The spa can be heated year-round for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool/and or spa heat + pay fee.

Three June family vacations
The home is conveniently located in Sea Pines and close to Publix and Harris Teeter. The beach is a quiet area. The floor plan works well for a family gathering. There are always adequate supplies in the kitchen and baths to get started. The home is always clean with very nice bed linens and towels. We love the covered porch area. Perfect Paradise!

Incredible property and location!
Wow! So many superlatives for this home! The kitchen was fully, I mean FULLY equipped with whatever pot/pan/utensil/cooker you can think of. The rooms were large, beds were comfortable, and the location was spectacular. The balcony looking out onto the water was our favorite location, from morning coffee to evening dinners. Extremely quick responses from Coastal Home property management, to minor questions. We paid to have the pool and spa heated -- a great treat for swims in late October. Fantastic experience
We had 11 adults (5 couples, 1 single) stay in this delightful home. The pictures do it justice. Access to the beach was direct, private, and easy. The rooms were clean, most things worked, and a pleasure. A Great Time for Girls and Grands
We had an absolutely wonderful time on our vacation to Hilton Head this year! My daughters and my 4 grandchildren and my sister and I LOVED the house at 24 Sandhill Crane. It was simply beautiful and so perfect for our group. The grounds and furnishings were well-maintained and tastefully updated. And the beach is right there! Beautiful beachfront home
This beautiful home had plenty of space for our extended family. Loved the separate living spaces and two separate porches. No one was on top of each other. Fantastic House on the Beach
We had a fantastic holiday right on the beach. This lovely house was just perfect for our family reunion of 8 adults and 5 grandchildren.Our family is spread out through Los Angeles, Montreal, Glasgow and London and this was the first time we had been altogether as a family for over 8 years. Amazing house and great area
We had a wonderful time and for a family of 5-7 we all had privacy if needed! We loved being right on the beach and the breeze was so nice during the day. We were not big pool users but it is nice to have there to lay around and put our feet in. Beds comfortable and the ceiling fans were appreciated. Wish we could have left extra dishsoap, laundry supplies for the next folks but discouraged. Very clean ! Wifi good - we could stream our church service easily and 2 people had zoom work calls. Incredible Vacation Spot
We had a full house, ages 2-93. It was perfect for everyone. Lots of room, many comfortable places to hang out, eat, read, etc. Everyone spent tons of time in the pool/hot tub and on the beach.
