Beyond Beautiful
From the minute we walked in the door we knew we picked the right house . Everything you could need during your stay was provided and high quality. We enjoyed the screened in porch and fireplace the most. The location to harbor town was convenient, we could just walk over. We had a few cooler nights but with pool heat we were still able to enjoy the pool anytime of day. We enjoyed watching the golfers, and played the course too. We actually played a game trying to find something the owners forgot because they seemed to have all the bases covered. We gladly lost that game. We have rented properties all over and none compare to the cleanliness, quality, and care that went into this property. We can not wait to come visit again.

March Vacataion
This house is nothing short of paradise. Every single detail from the decorating, to the dishes, the beds and linens and the artwork everywhere in the house. This was a magical resort style home away from home. The location was incredible, backing onto the golf course. Incredibly well appointed and immaculately clean. Do not hesitate staying in this dream home. You won’t want to leave.

Family Vacation
We had our adult children meet us in Hilton Head for a family vacation. We were very impressed by the home. It is a beautiful home and all of us had our own space and bathroom. The management team replied promptly to any questions/issues. Definitely would recommend!

BEAUTIFUL home, great location to everything, and a perfect stay for our Family!!
This home was so perfect that we did not want to ever leave. It's not a typical rental, you can tell this is the homeowners forever home that we were allowed to share for a week :) We had everything we needed, the space was perfect with kids and guests upstairs and their own living area, and Master and guest down. We walked to Harbor Town, we drove 2 minutes to the beach with great drop off and parking. The pool was beautiful, we enjoyed it every day. We loved cooking in the new beautiful kitchen, and the openness of the downstairs. The screened in outdoor living area was great for our little one to be outside but safe, beautiful furniture throughout entire home. We can't wait to return.

Wonderful Family Vacation
20 Stoney Creek was the perfect place for us and our 3 grown children and their families! We were there celebrating my husband's birthday and everyone loved the house and the location! We were able to walk over to Harbourtown and enjoy the playground and restaurants. The tennis and pickleball facility is just across the street so we went to several clinics there. The management company did a great job responding to our questions. We hope to go back- it was great!!

Beautiful design, wonderfully decorated, with thoughtful appointments!
Observing the holiday at 20 Stoney Creek, we hardly missed being at home. Ideally located in Sea Pines near downtown Harbourtown, we began each day with walks to the lighthouse and browsing in the shops. The spacious house is beautifully designed, with a two-level layout which perfectly accommodated our family of three adult children, parents and grandparent. With two en-suites on the main and three upstairs, there was abundant space for each of us to enjoy both private time as well as group gatherings in either the main level great room or the upstairs entertainment space. And what a treat to arrive at a home already decorated for Christmas! We’ll all fondly remember our family gift exchange in front of the tree and fire place, before preparing Christmas breakfast in the well-appointed kitchen. We opted not to heat the pool, but did enjoy the screened porch with outdoor fireplace. Whether reading, napping, watching movies, playing board or video games, or just reminiscing together, we all basked in the gracious, convenient, lovely setting of 20 Stoney Creek.

Exceeded High Expectations.
We were 4 couples on a golf vacation, and chose this place to stay for 5 nights. We thought it couldn’t possibly be as nice as the pictures, and we were right. It was even better!! If every home I ever rent in the future was exactly like this one I would be thrilled.

Beautiful vacation home!
We absolutely loved 20 Stoney Creek! The house is so welcoming and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the private screened in porch with a beautiful golf course views. Management was super responsive when we couldn’t get the tv or fireplace to work in screened in porch and had both up and running in a timely manner. The pool was so nice and there was a company that cleaned it twice during our stay. The teenagers in our group enjoyed the upstairs area and having their own living room to hang out and watch tv. We were a short bike ride or walk to Harbour Town and because we were there in Sept, we could easily drive to the Sea Pines Beach Club and could always get a parking space. The kitchen is amazing and I loved the spacious pantry that provided ample storage. We were very impressed with Coastal Home and Villa and will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Socially Distanced Vacation
Our family of seven (including 5 children) enjoyed our time at this beautiful Stoney Creek home in January. Plenty of space for us to spread out. High speed internet for all of our virtual classes and homeschool exploits. Convenient to shops and delivery services (groceries, restaurants, drug stores, etc). We took daily walks to the Harbor Town playground and drove to the beach club a few times for some sandy fun. We look forward to returning. Thank you for a great stay!

Just what we needed!!!
The house is beautiful from top to bottom! The huge screened in porch is where we hung out the most! The pool is great! Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable! The house is very close to Harbour Town …. We biked over there a lot to shop, eat and take the grandkids to the playground. We will be returning …. We had a great family vacation!

Fabulous House
Our family gathered at 20 Stoney Creek for a delayed birthday celebration. It is probably the nicest house we have ever rented and there have been a lot! Beautifully decorated and furnished. It feels more like someone’s home than a rental house. Very comfortable beds. Loved the screen porch with fireplace. Pool was great, the heater worked well for us in early March. Easy morning stroll to Harbor Town for coffee and a 15 minute bike ride to the beach. Needs an instruction book re things like how to start the fire. Otherwise a perfect house for a group.

Amazing Vacation

Beautiful Large Home
House is as nice as pictured. Kitchen well stocked, enough to cook multiple meals in as a group of 10. Extra fridge in garage for beverages etc. Beautiful pool with midweek cleaning service of pool and deck area. Beds comfy. Zero bugs in house which for the south in summer was amazing. Location great for bike or walk to harbor town and we got the bike over to the beach club down to 12minutes. A great week!

Unreal home with character and perfect location
The home is exactly as pictured. Our group of 8 had plenty of bedrooms and enough space to gather together or go in separate spaces when desired. The layout downstairs is designed for lots of family time. Our weather was 70-82 during our entire stay and allowed for plenty of hanging out on the back patio and turning on the gas fireplace when the sun settled and turned a bit cooler. The inside gas fireplace under the family room t.v. set a real mood each night that was transfixing. The owners put a lot of detail into this home that is noticed throughout. The surround sound downstairs was truly a theater-like feel! The pool was relaxing as well. The main master suite shower was INCREDIBLE! My wife talks about it still. The no lip showers in both master bathrooms was also nice as my in-laws have a hard time getting in & out of tubs. It made things really easy for them. And the upstairs lounge area was perfect for our teenage son who hung out there most of the week. The outdoor upstairs patio was very relaxing for our morning coffee and watching golfers hit their approach shot right in our backyard. Nothing but compliments for this home! Close to Harbour Town with a quick 5-7 minute walk to the Harbour Town cafe a couple of mornings. Will definitely look for this home first when coming back! Let me not forget the property mgmt company, Coastal Home & Villa who were responsive to help me figure out how to turn on both fireplaces and being responsive, even after hours on Saturday night and Sunday. The best family vacation!
This property was superb. It was a perfect house for our family vacation! Our parents loved the screened-in porch and then kids loved the pool. We loved the location and near the tennis center and harbour town. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! We’ll be back for sure!

Would definitely go back to this rental!
We had 3 families - 6 adults and (2) 5 yr olds and (2) 2 1/2 yr olds and the space worked great! If the children were a little older the bedroom situation isn't great because there are no twin beds. We had sisters sleep in the same room with older one in the queen bed and the younger ones in pak and plays. It worked after the first night but not sure it would work to sleep in the same bed when young. The living spaces are great and nice to have a pool.We had an incident with the pool on the weekend so could not use the pool until pool service on Mon but they were there first thing in the morning. Would definitely rent this property again!

A perfect vacation...
Staying at 20 Stoney Creek was a wonderful one-week vacation that left us all relaxed and very happy. The home was perfect for our family in every way. Especially nice was the terrific screen porch off the main living area. The six beach chairs were a wonderful "extra", allowing us more room in the car when we left ours at home. Especially noteworthy is Coastal Home and Villas, the management company...They were so outstanding in every way; the communication was exceptional in every way. In the future we will always try to rent a home managed by that company. Highly recommend this lovely property for a perfect vacation

Amazing House and Location
We cannot say enough about how much we loved this house and its location. We did a siblings Thanksgiving and the house was plenty of space and a perfect kitchen to make our holiday dinner. The location is amazing. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Most of the days we didn’t even use our car. And the golf, oh the golf! Incredible being on the 11th hole of such an amazing golf course. We will absolutely rent this place again in the future, it is just that perfect.

Spectacular Stoney Creek
We had an amazing family vacation at 20 Stoney Creek. The pictures online don't do this house justice. From the moment we arrived we were impressed with the space, decor and cleanliness. We were a family of 10 and enjoyed being together in the open spaces and pool area as well as the privacy provided in the bedrooms and private baths. The location was great. A short walk to Harbour Town or a short bike ride to the beach. We will definitely return!

Perfect Stay…
20 Stoney Creek does not disappoint. This property is well appointed with high end finishes and furnishings throughout. Great location that’s a 5 minute walk to Harbortown. Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our time lounging by the pool by day, and family dinners on the great outdoor deck overlooking the golf course at night. The property managers were easily accessible and quick to answer (literally minutes) with any questions that we had. A seamless process all the way through. If your looking for a beautiful home, great pool and Harbortown location then this is the perfect place. We will be booking here for all future HHI vacations.

Best House Ever!
Coastal Home and Villa represent a gorgeous home. They did their job in presenting a clean and well maintained home. If we had a question they had a speedy response and the agents are courteous over the phone. The house is amazing! The layout is great for a large family. There’s a cozy den upstairs with a large screen. We rented it during our daughters wedding in Sea Pines and the owners were very courteous in helping us house an antique car. The mattresses are good and there’s a lot of space to spread out. Also the furnishings are attractive and comfortable. I would defiantly rent this home again. The home is within walking distance to Harbor Town which is a big plus! Love this home!

Family Vacation
House was great! Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes/glasses/cooking wear. Good communication with rental company answering questions. Had small issue with the pool and they sent someone out that day to take care of it. The house sleeps more people than beach towels provided. We had 8 people so we had to purchase 2 beach towels. We had a great week and would definitely rent again!
