Wonderful vacation home!
This is a lovely vacation home. The location is perfect, a very short walk to the beach, which is almost like a private beach because it is so quiet. Anywhere in Sea Pines is a bike ride away. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are first class. Two ovens and two dishwashers made meals a snap. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware. The pool and the covered porch with remote control screens are the crown jewels of the property. My only complaints are, and they may seem petty to some but at this price point, you expect certain things. There were no extra blankets, pillows or towels. We had one set of kitchen towels. No extra beach chairs. No cleaning supplies available. As I said, the home is wonderful and I would definitely recommend it to others as our family all agreed it was one of the nicest homes we have rented on HHI.

Our family enjoyed our stay. Room to gather in kitchen, dining and living areas. Wi-Fi speakers outside to enjoy while swimming.sufficient supplies for dishwasher. Beautiful Tuscan dinnerware and sturdy flatware. Well appointed baths and bedrooms. Convenient access to beach and local dining.management co. responded promptly to questions or any issues.

Beautiful home / Great location
We just spent a week in this gorgeous home. It’s one of our favorite rentals! Things we especially loved: - wonderfully designed outside space / lots of different areas for small groups to hang out. Also easy for larger group to hang out together - outdoor swing is perfection - two indoor hang out spaces- second floor TV room is a real bonus - gorgeous kitchen with the biggest island I’ve ever seen! Thoughtfully designed with two dishwashers so easy to clean up - every bedroom had its own bathroom - easy walk or bike to Salty Dog - very close to beach - rental company was very responsive! - everything was very clean / kitchen was very organized. Highly recommend this rental - you will be very happy!

Great Hilton Head Rental!
This is a lovely home, perfect for a larger group. We had 8 people, 7 adults and one child, and everyone had their own bedroom and private bath. The home is beautifully decorated and its location is very close to the beach. Coastal Rentals addressed the few problems we had quickly and effectively.

Gorgeous Home Very Near the Beach
This stunning home is a wonderful beach vacation splurge. It is so close to the ocean- so easy to walk down to the water and enjoy Hilton Head's beautiful wide beaches. The pool is lovely- not huge but perfect for our family of four (note- you cannot dive in). The kitchen is well stocked with all you need (except food of course!). TWO dishwashers! The master suite on the first level has a stunning bathroom with very nice closet space. The TVs have Apple TV and Disney plus. We loved everything about this house and hope we can return- it was perfect.

Perfect House
This house is amazingly done down to every detail and Coastal Home was wonderful to deal with in every way. Beautiful house, beautifully decorated, amazing location. There is so much space and the layout of the house is perfect for family. It had everything you need and /or want. We had a few questions and Coastal Home was wonderful to deal with. Easy to get in touch with and got back to us right away and so pleasant and helpful. This home itself is a vacation - would be happy to recommend time and time again.

Amazing
This property is just perfect and beautiful on a really pretty street. Great for bike riding to Harbor Town and South Beach. The house is beautifully built and decorated. Pretty and comfortable with everything you need. The outdoor space is great for grilling and the pool is just right. Easy access path to the beach. If it rained every day I honestly still would have been happy in the house. :)

Gorgeous!
We are regular visitors to HH for family vacations. This was our favorite house so far. Beautiful decorating, great layout, great pool. Short walk to the beach and we didn’t miss the view at all. And the house was by far the cleanest we’ve stayed in...cheers to the cleaning crew!

Amazing Beach House

Perfect Vacation Spot
This home is truly top shelf all the way around-excellent location, beautifully furnished and with every conceivable amenity a large vacation group could need-the home is also very comfortable with an excellent layout for larger groups-the outdoor space and pool is as good as I’ve ever encountered in 25 years of going to Hilton Head-we will definitely be back again and again!

All Family Vacation & 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration
We vacationed at the spacious 19 Belted Kingfisher house with four families and celebrated the parent's 50th anniversary. Everyone loved the house and pool! The huge and very well-equipped kitchen allowed families to prepare a themed dinner each night. The adult couples enjoyed their individual suites and bathrooms, and the grandkids loved their accommodations. Many hours were spent in the large pool where the grandkids had a ball! The management company was great and extremely responsive when contacted. Hilton Head was a new vacation spot for all of us and within a day's drive. (We had previously vacationed each summer at New Smyrna Beach Florida for over 40 years in individual condos). The feedback from our kids and grandkids was that they were very impressed with this house, and we all had a great vacation experience!

Great Home!
19 Belted Kingfisher is one of the top homes we’ve rented in Sea Pines. Great outdoor living space, good size pool and spa, spacious and well equipped kitchen, beautifully appointed throughout. The two dishwashers and two ice makers were a huge bonus. Great location 2nd row from beach with path adjacent to the house. Also Coastal, the property manager, was very helpful through the stay and immediately answered/addressed any questions/requests we had during our stay. Very attentive and responsive.

Sea Pines
This Sea Pines property is fantastic, very high-end finishes, clean, short walk to the beach, very comfortable beds. The Salty Dog is also walkable -about 1/2 mile walk.

Beautiful home and great location! We all had a great stay at this home. The backyard is very private and it is just a short walk to the beach. The home was clean, spacious and so pretty! The rental company was so nice and provided excellent communication. Looking forward to coming back sometime!

Wonderful Property

A Hilton Head Gem
We have been vacationing at Hilton Head in Sea Pines with another family the last four years. We have enjoyed staying at different homes each year. This home was by far the best location and quality of home we have stayed in. The home was beautifully furnished and well equipped for our trip. The walk to the beach was easy and short and the pool was a highlight for our families. After our recent experience with the rental company and the home itself, I think it is safe to say that we will not be searching for vacation homes anymore! We will be back! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an amazing home that accommodates large families.

Beautiful House!
We stayed here with my extended family for a total of 11 people. Everyone enjoyed their time there so much that no one wanted to leave. Every detail is thought out so well. The patio area with the pool was where we spent a lot of time. But the main living area was also fabulous, as were the bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was perfect, very close to the beach. Would love to come again

Best vacation home in Hilton Head
This house was everything and more! Spacious, well equipped with everything you need. The backyard oasis was so peaceful, so private and amazing! So close to the beach and right on the beach path. My 4 and 6 year old had no problem with the 2 minute walk. The bedrooms are so spacious, so clean and beds are extremely comfortable. My kids LOVED the ping pong table and pool (which is not too deep). We had the best vacation. We are booked to come back again this year! We cant wait!

Beautiful, private and close to beach
We stayed in this beautiful home the first week of December. It was the perfect place. The house is beautiful and spotless. Small family or multi family would be comfortable. The outside living space is private and wonderful. 2 min walk to on paved path to beach. Already looking to stay again. Management company is exceptional.

Perfect Family Vacation House
Great house in a perfect location for beach access. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 kids. Walking distance to Salty Dog area for dinner, drinks, ice cream. Highly recommend this property. Management kept in touch and responded quickly to a few questions we had. Very clean. Great pool and patio.
