- Pool/Spa Info: Approximately 30 feet by 16 feet. The spa is heated year round for FREE. The pool can be heated for an additional fee for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day (the pool is not able to be heated in the summer months). Please reach out to Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your stay to confirm and pay the additional fee.

Great Beach Home!!
Such a great family house! The Disney/princess themed rooms are wonderful for the kids. And all the amenities provided make for a fun filled family vacation! It’s become our home away from home!!- David G , Posted: 07/09/2024
Wonderful Home
We have celebrated family holidays for the past 2 years at this wonderful home. The house is very clean; management and owner is wonderful; location is very convenient to the beach, shopping as well as the many great restaurants. The kitchen is very large and perfect for family dinners. Our family consists of 8 adults and 8 children and the layout of the house is absolutely perfect for accommodating our large family. Each of the children have a bed of their own, playroom upstairs for video games, and a great play area in the lower level. The heated pool is wonderful as well as the hot tub. The adults have 4 spacious master suites. Everything is so well appointed. We will be celebrating again in 2025. We love this home so much that my 5 year old calls it “Mimi’s Beach House”. Wonderful
Exceptionally clean home. Very well stocked kitchen. Multiple refrigerators and dishwashers. Plenty of towels, beach towels too!
