Thanksgiving getaway
Our rental was great! Easy walk or bike to the beach. Very quiet as on a cul de sac. Kitchen was well appointed which was wonderful as we were making Thanksgiving dinner! Very clean, beds comfortable

Beautiful Property
This is our first time at this particular property. Check-in was a breeze & we truly appreciated that Coastal was able to allow us to check in a little early. The place was spotless, well stocked and comfortable, just as described. It was located very convenient to the beach and to South Beach. Very relaxing. Property Management was promptly attentive to a couple of issues that popped up on arrival. Coastal Home & Villa made our stay a lovely one once again!

Lovely stay
Great location; very tasteful and comfortable house. Pool is bigger than it appears in picture. Walking distance from the beach; a short bike ride to the Salty Dog for social distanced ice cream. Weather was not perfect but it was still the perfect Covid getaway for me and my family.

Perfect Family Vacation
Loved the house. Very clean, close to the beach. When we weren’t at the beach everyone enjoyed the pool, Quiet neighborhood. Large dining room table that fit all 8 of us. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Would definitely stay again,

Great house, as advertised
The house was clean and as-advertised. Pool was great, we enjoyed the pool heat greatly. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes. Having great internet and roku devices on all TVs was an added plus, but the walkability to the beach and bike paths was the best.

Sept 2022 Vaca!

Easy beach access
It was perfect to spend our mornings at the beach (<10min walk with 2,4,5yr olds walking) and then home for lunch by the pool. The pool had some sun but mostly indirect and we found that to be most enjoyable on hot summer days.

Wonderful Stay!!
The house was very nice and setting. Front of the house looks out through the marsh. Pool was refreshing. Great access to the beach by short walk. Was a great family vacation which broke up the craziness from all the COVID madness. Great family time and great memories.

Wonderful!
Inside of house is very nice. Updated finishes and decor. Comfortable family room. Screened porch was great. Pool well kept. Outdoor patio dinning area and grill were great.

Beautifully Updated House with Grate Location to Beach!
The house was beautifully updates and very clean. It had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking in all meals during, plenty of towels, blankets, etc. We really liked the location which was a 7-10 minute walk with 2 young kids and beach wagon weighing us down. Also very close for a bike ride to salty dog / marina. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and could have for several others. In May pool was very cold to the point we couldn’t use it so recommend paying the extra $$ to heat.

Sea Pines Perfection
We had a wonderful time over Christmas in this cozy house! It was well laid out and updated. Proximity to beach was great and nice to have an unobstructed marsh view across the street. The weather was chilly so we didn’t get a chance to take total advantage of the pool and screened in porch area but was all very nice. Pool was heated so some did enjoy taking a dip. Nice gas grill adjacent to pool area. The property management was fantastic and very responsive to our needs. Overall a fantastic choice for us - we would definitely go again - hopefully when warmer!

Great Vacation at Hilton Head Island Great Vacation at Hilton Head Island
Our family stayed in this beautiful home in Sea Pines, the last week of July, 2020. The home was everything you could hope to have to make for a perfect stay. Beautifully decorated, great swimming pool with plenty of chairs around it. Everything worked properly, we all just adored it. No one could even think of anything it lacked. I hope to stay in this house in the near future! We walked to the beach, about a 5 minute walk. We are all still talking about how much we enjoyed this special time with family in this lovely home.

updated and well-maintained sea pines rental
Nicely renovated home with fantastic pool and outdoor space! The screened-in porch was larger than we expected and was a relaxing spot to enjoy the beautiful setting without any bugs. Coastal Home & Villa provides consistent, responsive customer service. Due to multiple years of fantastic experiences with Coastal Home & Villa, we always plan to rent through them when traveling to HHI!

13 Bald Eagle West
We rented this property for 4 weeks starting in late February. We have done this for the last several years to take a break from northeast Ohio winter. As usual the weather was much better than Ohio and we were able to walk the beach everyday and ride bikes. The house has a recently remodeled kitchen and the bathrooms and floors were all redone this past winter. The COVID-19 virus closed restaurants a few days before we left, but that is no one's fault.

Wonderful Home close to the beach
The house was beautifully decorated and well equipped. Plenty of blankets, pillows, kitchen/laundry/bathroom supplies, and beach needs. Easy walk to the beach. In a very safe, gated neighborhood. Will definitely visit again

Perfect Family Vacation
We stayed here for the week with my inlaws and our toddler. The space was great and on a quiet street for our toddler to play. The pool was perfect for the adults during nap time and we rode bikes in the afternoon. Hilton Head in May is the perfect weather. Would rent again.

Perfect Home made for a Perfect Vacation!
We loved everything about this home!! The house and the pool were so clean! The location was perfect, easy walk to beach and easy bike ride to dinner and shopping. The house exceeded our expectations and was better than the pictures. It had everything we needed for the week and more for a fun relaxing vacation. We loved the layout, pool, screened porch, location, and comfortable beds.

What a Lovely Week!
Our group of five adults and three kids had one of the best weeks ever staying here! The house was beautiful, better than pictured. It had everything that we needed. We rented bikes for our group from a local company and were able to use a discount code provided by the rental agency. An easy walk to the beach made for some great days and great memories! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great vacation with family and friends!
We love going to Hilton Head after Labor Day as the beaches are dog friendly. The management company responded to questions very quickly and were quite helpful. The property was spacious, extremely clean, well equipped, and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
