Great Location!
We all loved the location of the house (close to the beach, view of ocean from the deck), heate3d pool and roominess of the house. We were a group of 7 and had plenty of room to move around. The air return filter needed to be changed and Coastal Homes responded immediately. Ditto for trash removal. there is quite a bit of charming folk art in the house, and I would suggest removing some so that a better cleaning could be accomplished. Some updating might be nice.

Excellent backyard and great location
We enjoyed our stay at this pet friendly property. While items and decor were somewhat dated, everything was maintained well and functioned properly. Very clean. Lots of great art pieces throughout. The backyard and pool setup were great and the path to the beach was easy to navigate and not too far of a walk.

GREAT LOCATION! GREAT POOL! GREAT VACATION!
Fantastic location and excellent floor plan for our family. The pool and private back yard is a big plus. The very short walk to the beach was private and even saw a few deer on our short walk. I would describe the furnishing as comfortable and cozy, but not high end or elegant. Just so your have the right expectations. We will rent this property again in the future.

Perfect house for our family
This house was wonderful for our family. Plenty of space, amazing fenced in back yard with a pool and a short walk to the beach. The pool has a shallow entrance which was great for our toddler.

Great location
We really enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach. The house is a bit dated—especially the kitchen and bathrooms. We’d likely book the property again; we definitely would if it were updated. The property managers were very responsive when we had minor issues.

Wonderful Place on Hilton Head
We had a group of 8 and this house at Sea Pines was terrific. Plenty of space to spread out but nice private bedrooms and layout. Really great access to the beach (maybe 75 yards) and a really nice beach area. All systems worked great - WiFi is very fast. Overall a great time was had by all!

Fabulous week!
We rented this villa for the week of Thanksgiving. It was very clean and spacious for our big crowd. The kitchen was very well organized and perfect for our family. What a happy wonderful place to stay!!

Amazing dog friendly house with a pool
Another great year on Spotted Sandpiper. Perfect house for our family. Updated kitchen and appliances. Perfect outdoor space with a pool and easy access to the beach. Coastal Home and Villas are always incredible to work with.

Spotted sandpiper oasis
This house was a great stay. We were 11 people and we all had enough space to not be on top of each other. The house has definitely been lived in and needs some updating in a few minor areas, but overall a great place. The kitchen was stocked as I have never seen before. It even had two coffee machine a drip and keurig at our disposal. Coastal was amazing we had a few little issues that I had to email about and there responded and took care of them immediately. Tyler was exceptional! His quick response and great attitude made dealing with the little issues a breeze! I would definitely stay there again and definitely recommend Coastal for all your renting needs!

Amazing as always
This is our third year staying in this home and absolutely love it. It is perfect for our family (and our furry friend!). Coastal Home and Villas continue to upgrade the house and it is in great condition. Short walk to the beach. Tyler from Coastal Home and Villas is especially responsive and kid. Highly recommend

Family Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. My husband and I stayed there with our adult children and their spouses. The pool and outdoor area was fantastic. The house was very clean. Due to Covid we ate all meals on the property. The kitchen had everything we needed. Proximity to the beach was wonderful.

Amazing beach home
Ideal location with beautifully landscaped private pool. Large porch facing ocean with a peek-a-boo ocean view. Very well stocked kitchen has all you need for your stay.

Great house!
We loved our time in this house! The backyard and pool are fabulous, easy access to the beach, comfy beds, spacious and comfortable interior, and a well-stocked kitchen. The rental company was also very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we ended up staying two extra nights and our tween/teen boys (who tend to be skeptics) still keep saying they miss it.

Great Family Getaway
The house was perfect for our 2 families. Plenty of beds, baths & seating. Kitchen nicely equipped, and back yard with pool was perfect for lounging. Close walk to beach with private path. We used a beach wagon to pull tent & chairs.

Great Family Beach House
We loved staying in this home. It was so family friendly and conducive to family fun. My children, grandchildren, and dog all came. The home is in a gorgeous area with lush greenery everywhere close to the beach with a beach path leading from the house. The pool was incredible with spectacular evening lighting. We had a great time! Two refrigerators were wonderful. The house was well stocked with all kinds of cooking utensils and dishes.

Perfect location!
This is a hidden gem for sure! The outdoor space is very private and beautiful. The location cannot be beat. Easy access to the beach and beautiful views from the upper deck. We would definitely recommend this home!

Fantastic Place to rent
The owners are top notch. We had a remarkable stay at this house. Our family greatly enjoyed the pool and walks t/ono the beach. The house is very well taken care of and we hope to be able to return next year. Wonderful house and amenities.

HHI yearly vacation
We have been coming to HHI for 20+ yrs and this was one of the best rentals we've had! Loved how close we were to the beach and even got to have professional photos' done right there at the beach! Great home, plenty of room for everyone and the heated pool was fantastic. Would definitely book again!

Fantastic Home. Great location.
We had a wonderful stay in 12 Spotted Sandpiper. First, you can not do better than this location - it's steps from the beach. And the pool was beautiful. It has old growth trees & shrubs, like a private oasis. The house was comfortable; the rooms had a good layout. We loved the big table & spent a lot of time on the porch. Just really comfortable & we had a great week.

Amazing Place for the Entire Family
We had an amazing family stay at this property. Short walk to the beach. What I loved the most is everyone has space to spread out and there was plenty of seating when we all wanted to be together. We will definitely be back!
