Great Vacation Place
This is a great vacation home. Plenty of space for the family, including our dog. The house is very nice. The dimmable lighting was a great feature as we brought my mother and was able to leave lights on for her without bright lighting. The pool and hot tub was amazing. We were there mid October and the pool and hot tub were very warm and comfortable. It was a very short walk to a beautiful beach. The ocean is visible from the deck between the houses across the street. The WiFi was good, allowing 3 of us to online game together with minimal lag. The grill was a Weber and worked great. We had a rental chair from Vay K Gear break and it was replaced the next morning. We wer very happy with this rental and are talking about renting this house again. Very happy!

Great location, beach very close
This house has a fantastic location. Car passes easy to get as we needed one extra. The location is private, the house was as advertised. Mattresses were very comfortable and dishes supplied plentiful. The pool was the nicest, well heated pool we've had in Hilton Head. It worked exactly as it should no issue.

Great location, partial ocean views, and fenced, heated pool
Great location second row from beach with partial ocean views from deck. Excellent heated pool in fenced compound and open floor plan. Property manager is accessible and responsive. Easy biking to shops and and restaurants.

Amazing Home
We had a spectacular time in this home. We cannot more highly recommend Coastal Home and Villa as well. The house is well stocked and the heater had us swimming everyday over the Christmas holiday.

Wonderful spacious vacation home
This was the second time we have rented 11 Spitted Sandpioer. Initially rented it to accommodate our large family that visits yearly. Very view 5 bedroom homes in Sea Pines . Also has a sleeping alcove in upstairs hallway that is very cute with a daybed without a door that is near a bath. The pool area is very nice with large patio surrounding and decks overlooking upstairs. Especially nice are sliding doors to outside on upstairs bedrooms. The large sleeping room downstairs with sofa, a bed, and bunk bed is great for multiple prople, teenagers, family. The home is very clean. The close locator the beach is one of our favorite parts! Hope we get to rent it again. It is hatd to find 5 bedroom 4 bath homes such as this in Hilton Head. Coastal Home and Villa is fabulous to deal with. I’ve been renting yearly on HHI for 20 years and they are tops for customers service!

Great vacation!
The house was perfect for our family get together. The house was beautiful & spacious. It was clean, well maintained & had everything we needed. The double appliances in the kitchen was definitely a plus. The proximity to the beach & easy access was great. We hope to come back again

Perfect vacation house for a family or large group
Our family loved this house! It's as close to the beach as you can get without being directly on the beach. The pool is a nice size for a large group. The pool deck has lots of room and chairs with shaded and sunny areas. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. Highly recommend this vacation rental!

Perfect vacation house for a family or large group
This was our second stay in this house. We loved that we could bring our dogs since it's just steps from the beach. The layout of the house is perfect for a large group. There are TV's in most rooms for alone time. The large TV in the family/living area was great for evening movies or video games. The pool is fantastic! Couldn't think of a better place for a family to stay.

Great vacation house
We had a beautiful week in a great house for our vacation in Sea Pines Hilton Head Island. The house was very comfortable and stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable vacation. You can see the ocean from the balcony outside and the walk to the beach was really easy with small children. The pool area was fenced and our grandchildren really enjoyed swimming. We thought the house was wonderful!

May Break

Our vacation was great. The pool and jacuzzi is a huge plus. The kids and adults spent more time in the pool and jacuzzi this time than at the beach as it was a bit cooler than when we were at the same accommodation 2 years ago. Rent the bikes, take advantage of the island and the great restaurants.

Holiday trip
The house is beautiful and well situated for 2 families. We all loved the pool and spa. The weather is random the week before Christmas, so the heated spa was a bonus. The 2nd row location made access to the beach and bike paths very easy. Thank you for sharing your house with our family.

Great Spring Break
We had a great time at 11Spotted Sandpiper. It was our first time at Hilton Head and we'll be back for sure. The property was a little older but in perfect shape and sort of retro cool. The pool and spa were great and the beach was just a few steps away. And lots of fun activities to do as well.

Wonderful week at 11 spotted sandpiper
We had a wonderful time at 11 spotted sandpiper. Easy access to the beach. The kitchen and house was well equipped. Easily accommodated our party of 11. Very pet friendly. Recomend renting bikes to easily access the sea pines area. There was some confusion on how to operate the hot tub and maintenance had to come out twice to get the heat to work. South end seafood is very close and has a wonderful selection on fresh seafood.

A Last Second Trip
We come to Sea Pines several times a year and have rented a variety of homes. While not as "luxurious" as some of the other homes, 11 Spotted Sandpiper is amongst our favorites. The location is fantastic. Second row. You can hear and see the ocean from the house. You are only three blocks from the Beach Club which is another advantage. The pool was heated and was a good size. Large enough for the kids to have pool basketball games with friends who were also visiting. The depth of the pool and hot tub were greatly appreciated. The pool area provided plenty of room and areas to relax. The house was great. Spacious, very clean and well-maintained. One of the downstairs bedrooms is perfect for a group of teenagers to spend away from their parents. The upstairs bedrooms were comfortable and provided each with sliding doors to take in the ocean and surroundings. We have rented from Coastal for years. They always provide great customer service. The cleaning crew for the house is exceptional. We are accustomed to more updated kitchen and bathroom spaces, but they were clean, functional and had charm. One suggestion --- we did not find any board games for a rainy day. May want to consider adding. Regardless, great location, house, pool and staff.

Family Vacation
Amazing stay! We had 3 generations staying and our dog. When we arrived, the air conditioner was not working properly, but with just 1 call, they came right out and fixed it while we enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay again! Location was perfect!

A wonderful week at the beach
This beach house was a great find. Very clean, best stocked kitchen we have ever rented and this was our 6th beach house, quick response to small issue with the refrigerator, and a wonderful pool/hot tub which we used a lot as it was very hot. Very short walk to beach path & beach. We would definately rent this property again!

A tranquil piece of paradise
The experience was easy. The home and pool were fantastic. We loved sitting on the decks and viewing the ocean and the palm trees. The house isn’t super undated but still absolutely beautiful and worked perfectly for our family of five plus a dog. The green couch was perfect to take an afternoon nap on. IIlove that area of Sea Pines and will definitely stay again.

Fantastic Rental House
Had a great time at this house! Being a first year rental they have made so many small accommodations that really add up (ex. Blackout drapes, clocks with outlets for chargers, new appliances, lots of pillows & blankets). The pool and lounge chairs were fantastic and a very easy 3min walk to the beach! Highly recommend this property!

Our family was able to get together for Christmas and New Years. House accommodated very well. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub and proximity to the beach. Very quiet area. The open kitchen, dining and living was very nice. Having a separate large pantry area was also great.

Wonderful home to rent
This rental experience was fantastic. Each contact I had with Coastal Home and Villa I was so pleased with their customer service. Everything was very prompt and questions were answered completely. We had one issue with the stove in the kitchen and we were able to talk with someone by phone who advised us someone would be out to check on things and someone came out in a few minutes to check things out which resolved our concern. The house was immaculate and very close to the beach. The house was ready early. My only suggestion would be to add some mixing and cooking spoons. Highly recommend house and agency!

Excellent location and home
We had a wonderful stay at 11 Spotted Sandpiper -house was perfect for our family and our dogs. The pool area, hot tub and decks were the best for outdoor dining and relaxing. The kitchen was fully stocked for meals and cooking and outdoor eating. Also loved the location as so close to the beach, Stables, Harbor Town and Salty Dog. We will rent here again and highly recommend. Also Coastal Home & Villa was super responsive and helpful throughout the the entire process.

Wonderful location, close to beach, quiet, peaceful, very relaxing
So glad we stayed here! The house was HUGE, everyone had there own space, and kitchen was WELL supplied with all things needed to eat in or out, the gas grill was definitely a plus for our party and we would Definitely stay again!
