The house was perfect for my 3 kids and 9 grandkids. We had to step up to 6 BR's and this house met the task. Short walk to the beach, the pool was perfect. Kitchen was well equipped. Short bike ride to South Beach. We will be back.

Lovely Home
How lucky we were to find this spacious home for 4 nights in early April - an annual trip to Sea Pines with 12 special friends. So accessible to the beach for our daily walk and a short drive to South Beach for the Salty Dog and for our daily pickleball and tennis at the Racquet Club. Very well equipped and delightful pool! The manager, Brandon was very helpful! Thank you!

Ideal in many ways
Our extended family has visited Hilton Head one week at a time for literally decades. Each time, the house we rent is contingent on party size and other factors. But most of the time, it's a larger home. Everyone considered 11 Painted Bunting to be "the best house we've ever rented." The house was spacious, comfortable and conveniently located for our activities. And Coastal Homes & Villas' staff did an excellent job in every respect.

Great Vacation!
What a great vacation and what a great house! 11 Painted Bunting was perfect for our large group with plenty of room for all the kids (7) and adults alike (6). Fully equipped for all of our needs and a perfect location in Sea Pines. We'll definitely be back and recommend this home for those traveling in large packs or just those who need lots of space.

The Perfect Family Getaway
We love this house! We've stayed in many houses in Sea Pines over the years, and we often come back to this one. Plenty of room for 2-3 families. (We had 5 adults and 8 kids on this trip.) The layout is great, there's room for everyone to spread out. The game room is always a hit for the kids, especially if you get a rainy day. The basketball hoop, the pool, easy access to the beach - all make it a great place for kids of all ages. The kitchen has everything you need to eat in as much as you want. The South Beach marina is a quick bike ride, so you can have ice cream every night. Excellent house!

Great family vacation home
This house is amazing. Lots of space, new kitchen and baths, a bonus “pool table room” where some of the kids could decompress after a long day. The pool, spa and location are all great assets. It’s also quiet but close to south beach area.

A Wonderful Week
This house was perfect for our 3 generational family reunion of 13. The house is beautiful and so clean and spacious! We loved the pool, the activity room with the pool table, the large, well supplied kitchen, and the very close proximity to the beach. We enjoyed walking to the Salty Dog, shops and tennis courts in South Beach, shopping in Harbor Town and listening to Greg Russell perform under the oak tree, eating at great restaurants, and visiting the Discovery Museum. I would highly recommend this house for a most memorable vacation!

Best Sea Pines Rental Ever!
The house was everything we hoped for and exceeded our expectations! Our large family of 15 had plenty of space. We loved that the kitchen had 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators which made it very easy to prep meals and clean up for a large group. We loved the large updated floor plan, the pool and pool area, the screened in porch, the easy walk to the beach and the location within Sea Pines.

Fabulous House!
We have been coming to Hilton Head for over 20 years and this House was great to accommodate the growing family. Plenty of room to spread out, beautiful pool, and game room. Really enjoyed seeing the deer on the short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Close to South Beach!
Great home that can accommodate a big family. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking and baking- even on a large scale. The kitchen was open to the main living space so it was easy to keep eyes on the kiddos -even ones in the pool. Wonderful pool and quick access to the beach were key! Loads of parking - we had 5 cars. We had access to the garage that was filled with pool and beach toys, and kept our bikes under cover. Great house!

Great week!
We had 4 generations vacationing together with several small children. The house met our needs very well and the rental company was quick to respond to our inquiries prior to our stay. The pool heat was a plus since we visited in October.

Beautiful Rental!
Gorgeous home with a beautiful updated kitchen. Better in person than depicted in the pictures .We stayed with extended family and there was room to gather and plenty of private spaces. The pool is great and a very short walk to the beach. We will rent again!

Awesome Vacation!
We had an amazing vacation! We stayed here with a large group (6 families - 12 adults, 9 children) and had plenty of space. Bathrooms in every room were super convenient. We had everything we needed, plus some. Coastal Home & Villa were great to work with and were extremely responsive. The beach was a 3 minute walk (we timed it) and there were plenty of things within biking distance. Everything was awesome!

Last Minute Spring Break - Great find.
We booked this house for a last minute spring break trip when we had to cancel our previously scheduled trip. Overall, the house had a lot of great advantages: 1) plenty big enough for 2 families, with our group being 4 adults and 3 kids. (note: it could easily fit 3 families.); 2) Heated pool & hot tub, which was a must in March; 3) Fantastic location in Sea Pines community and within probably 50 yards from a great and less populated beach; 4) Basketball hoop in the driveway (another thing to get kids off the devices! Only critiques would be: 1) WIFI - it was very slow. The 4 adults had work to do during the mornings especially, and between adults & kids on devices, it was very slow. A couple of us connected to personal hotspots on our phones. This may not be an issue for a 'normal' vacation when no work is required; 2) A few things could use some updating, like deck/pool chairs. Again, not a major issue. Just an opportunity. It wouldn't prevent me from recommending it based on the rest of the features - i.e. space, location, etc. Just to add...Coastal Home & Villa were amazing to deal with!! So much better than any other property agency i contacted when looking for a rental. They were super responsive when trying to book last minute and also when we had an issue of needing the pool cleaned. (We arrived in the evening and there was a guy there the next morning.) Thanks to the Coastal team!!

Making memories
We were a group of 18, 4 families with 10 kids and 8 adults. The house was amazing and fit us all perfectly. It was clean and everything was in perfect working order. We had some trouble with the pool/spa heat at one point and the response was rapid and the problem was resolved quickly. Perfect path to the beach and wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces. We all had an amazing time making memories in this wonderful home! Can't wait to come back.

One week wasn't enough. Our family of 15 had an amazing time.
The beginning of our day started with beach time, followed by pool time, followed by HOOP and bike time. Mealtime was made easy with a well equipped kitchen. The two refrigerators meant less time in the grocery store...great perk!!!! This was the 27th year we have vacationed in HHI and this home has a family rating of * * * * *. Coastal Home and Villa were available the one time we needed assistance. We would definitely rent through this group again.

Perfect House, Perfect Location, Perfect Vacation!
The house was large enough to accommodate our extended family of 17 (babies to adults) for a summer week at the beach. All 6 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms were updated. Property description and bedroom configurations were accurate. The pool and outdoor space was amazing with plenty of seating options. We loved the double refrigerators and dishwashers - a must with such a large family! The kitchen was equipped with necessary cooking items. A short walk to beach access was a huge plus (~3 minutes). The house is within walking distance to South Beach shops and restaurants and sits on a quiet dead end street. Outdoor shower and hose were a great amenity after a sandy beach day. The garage access was perfect for storing our beach gear. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation! Would recommend!

Birthday/Family Get-together
Great home that gave 9 adults and 6 kids plenty of space. Kitchen was wonderful. Had all the dishes, utensils, cooking ware you could ever need. Although we brought our own beach and pool toys we didn't need to. Plenty to pick from in the garage. Best vacation - mornings at the beach, afternoons at the pool and family dinners. A great house!!

Great vacation house!
We had a great vacation at 11 Painted Bunting! The newly remodeled kitchen was beautiful, but more importantly was very well stocked. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided and in great condition. The only issue was a missing coffee maker (the carafe was there, but not the machine). There was a nice Keurig, but we brought regular drip coffee. We contacted the manager and they offered to bring one right away. The kitchen has two dishwashers, two large sinks, and two large refrigerators — all great for our large group. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of pillows and towels were provided for each room. The house does not provide pool towels, so be sure to bring your own. The living spaces were large and comfortable — plenty of room for our teenagers to have separate areas. The best part of this property is the pool/hot tub and pool deck. Lots of comfortable lounges and chairs and beautiful landscaping combined to create a relaxing place to spend our days (and evenings). The pool was heated and very comfortable. The hot tub warms quickly, but the controls are not clearly labeled and take some experimenting to figure out how to work. There is also a screened porch tucked away — nice for getting some quiet time. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. We rented bikes, and the kids enjoyed being able to wander Sea Pines and explore Harbor Town. This house was amazing — clean, well stocked, comfortable — and we had a great time. We would definitely rent again...

Perfect House
This house is beautiful. It was also immaculate. We walked on the beach every morning and every evening. Played in the pool.... cooked in the kitchen. We had 10 people and plenty of space for everyone. We will probably rent it again next year, it was exactly what we needed. True perfection.
