Family Vacation
We had a great stay at 11 Bald Eagle. The management group was easy to deal with and handled a few small issues very quickly and professionally. The pool area has a great amount of seating and umbrellas for several guests to enjoy. The play area that used to be a garage was a favorite hangout spot for all the cousins and kept it quiet for the adults. A great space for multiple families to gather.

The Perfect Home Away From Home!
We loved our stay at 11 Bald Eagle! We escaped a very cold, rainy May in Milwaukee to relocate to sunny Sea Pines during Covid-19. This home was perfect for work and play. There was plenty of space for seven of us to spread out to work and do homework with strong Wi-fi. The living room and pool deck couldn't be more inviting and comfortable. It was a quick three minute walk to the beach and five minute bike ride to the South Beach restaurants, shopping and tennis. The staff at Coastal Home & Villa were great to work with. We will definitely be back!

Great home for multiple families
We had a wonderful stay at 11 Bald Eagle. The bedroom layout was conducive to multiple families and there were plenty of spaces throughout the house to spread out. The pictures online didn’t reflect that all the bathrooms were recently updated so that was a nice surprise upon arrival. The outdoor space was great and the beach was a short walk. We needed a couple random kitchen items and they were delivered promptly. We would love to stay here again.

Wonderful House
This house is everything we had hoped for. Having several different sitting area was really a plus for our large family. Very short walk to the beach. Kids enjoyed the bonus room in the evenings watching TV and playing games. We used the wonderful outside patio/pool area more than I expected. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family vacation home!
We had 4 generations staying together. The floorplan was perfect for our family. Easy path to the beach which felt like a private beach. The game room was a hit for members of all ages. We hope to be back next year!

Great Stay!
This is a large, comfortable home with beautiful decor. There are both large and cozy common areas. The spacious bedrooms allow guests to have their own personal space. The location is a short walk to the beach, which is perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. There are numerous activities and restaurants nearby, We especially enjoyed bicycling in Sea Pines. We loved the home and the area and hope to return!

New Years Family Vacation
We stayed at the property for a week over the New Year's holiday. Our family of two sets of grandparents, 4 children aging from 9 months to 5 years, and 4 other adults could not have been more pleased or comfortable. The layout of the house was ideal having two master suites and on-suite bathrooms for everyone else. The game room was also an added bonus. The open layout of the kitchen, dining and living room was also great for us. The kitchen was the most well appointed I have ever had at a rental property. There were plenty of glasses, coffee cups, plates, and two coffee makers. The supply of bath towels and linens was also much more than I expected. We never actually had to do laundry! The location was superb as well. Having so many young children, being able to come and go from the beach so easily was a must. Only being a couple minutes walk we were able to go down multiple times a day with ease. We were only a half-mile bike ride from South Beach, which made frequenting the Salty Dog and shops even easier! Overall, I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Well appointed, roomy, and feels like home
I’m in love with the Savannah brick fireplace and entryway floor that capture your attention when you enter this home. The large great room with comfortable and plentiful seating was a must for our large family and this home felt like a home away from home. It was so cozy in spite of being quite quite roomy. The large windows and skylights lit up the great room quite well and brought the outdoors to us. We estimated that the deck, which appeared to be new, was at least 40’ long and we took advantage of the wrought iron table as well as well as the rockets and gliders out there. The game room was a hit with the kids and the cozy sitting room was perfect when solitude was needed for making a phone call, doing a little work, or nursing the baby. We loved the fact that each bedroom had its own full bath and that there were 3 zones for controlling the temperature throughout the house. The large, rustic dining table was perfect for our large family meals or a game of dominoes and the well appointed kitchen was perfect for prepping our meals since we ate in every night we were here (with the exception of the day we took in lunch at Hudson’s, a must when we visit HH.) The grill was perfect for the nights we grilled out the short walk to the beach made it so easy to get out there for our daily morning and evening walks. The location gave us easy access to South Beach and the bike trail. We spent much of our time in the pool or sitting poolside in the comfy lounge chairs. We also took advantage of reading a few of the books from the collection made available to us by the owners. Thanks!! The laundry room was accessible off the kitchen and we couldn’t have survived the week without it. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.

Great House, Great Management Company
The house was great for a large group. (Five person family, three person family and four random college age friends.) Lots of space, lots of bathrooms, well supplied kitchen, nice pool and hot tub. Couple minute walk to the (almost private) beach and easy bike ride to South Beach and the Beach Club. The management company was also great with managing my booking (dealing with credit card processing issues), helping us change dates, answering questions, giving us early access.

Great house and location
This was a great vacation rental! The pool was so much fun, you’re close to the beach, and we biked everywhere in the sea pines. The house had beach toys and boogie boards for the kids to use which was great!

Family Time

Fam Time
Our family comes from several states to spend some time together. We bike, swim and take beach walks. We eat out some, but mostly take turns cooking.. The property managers were very responsive when some minor things came up. We loved the pool.

Best Family Vacation Ever!
This home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation with 4 families, including 8 adults and 5 children. The great room and deck were wonderful for gathering, eating, playing games. The pool was in the sun and a great size. Plenty of seating at the pool, on the deck, in the house. Kitchen well stocked and we made fantastic meals. Easy access to the beautiful and very private beach.

Favorite Place to Stay!
11 Bald Eagle is definitely our large family’s favorite place to stay in Sea Pines! This is our fourth time staying and each time it feels more like home. We have had other people tell us the same thing. I believe our favorite part is the large gathering room and dining table for sharing meals together as well as playing games in the evening. But, if anyone in the family needs to get away there are two other main areas where they can escape to play games, watch TV, or work on whatever it is they need to do. The pool, hot tub, and game room are always a bonus! It definitely helps that each guest bedroom has its own bathroom and there are several beds in the house, enough for four small families. It’s just a short walk down the path on the side of the house to the very private beach. It often feels like we have the entire beautiful sand to ourselves. The outdoor gathering areas are wonderful as well! The seating is plentiful and the rocking chairs on the large deck are perfect for reading our favorite books. If you are looking for a good book to read, never fear. The home is well-stocked with several novels of different genres. Enough to please any avid reader. We definitely plan to continue making 11 Bald Eagle our first choice stay when we are in Hilton Head!

Great Multi family get away
We rented this home with two other families. It provided great space for everyone. No one felt they couldn't get away to their own space. The house was well appointed and very comfortable. The outdoor space was great as was beach access.

Perfect Vacation Home
This home more than met the expectations of our extended family! It is so roomy and comfortable, with the game room and den there are so many places for a family to spread out. We couldn't believe the amount of amenities and toiletries that were supplied for us. The pool is lovely, and the deck area is so large with lots of very comfortable seating. It is a very short stroll to the beach, our 3 and 5 year old granddaughters had no problem walking there. This is a very lovely and comfortable family home!
