2nd time at 7 painted bunting. Like the improvements a lot. Coastal home and villa do a great job. They are a first choice when looking for rentals on HHI.

Fantastic HHI Home!
This home is beautiful and more than enough space for our 2 families. The walk to the beach was short and so convenient. The management company was great to work with. We will be staying here again in the future.

Gorgeous Home
This gorgeous, spacious home had a beautiful pool. The kitchen was well-equipped. The master bath was the largest bathroom I've ever seen. The master suite was a great retreat from the rest of our family!

Spectacular 3rd Row Home
I have been renting homes in HHI for the last 20 yrs and this is by far the best family (or large group) home for the money. The beach is a quick 3 minute walk. The pool area is large with plenty of room for chairs and loungers to take in the sun. Hot tub is great after 36 holes of golf. If you had too much sun at the beach, the wrap around porch is a great place to nap!! First floor of the house has a gourmet kitchen and 2 huge family areas that allow for a great time to be had by all. Master bedroom is huge with a gorgeous master bath, The upstairs 4 bedrooms are all large with 2 of them with on-suites. This house is a "can't miss". We have already booked this house for July. Can't wait to get back!!

Great family house
Worked well for 13 folks from 3 families. Well appointed kitchen. Nice pool. Great covered porch from which to enjoy the rain. Good location close to the beach and South Beach Marina.

Sea Pines Aug 2023
This was our 2nd house rental in Sea Pines. The house was excellent and very well equipped. A quick 2-3 minute walk to the beach, lovely neighborhood. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing house! Perfect for large family vacations. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. We had 4 families with small children and had plenty of space. Property management team was super responsive and attentive when we had questions. We will be back!

Fantastic house!
7 Painted Bunting was beyond our expectations...so well equipped, clean, family room area and kitchen were awesome...same with the bedrooms and baths. Pool and porches were great too. We liked the location to South Beach as well. Totally enjoyed our HH vacation!

Great Spot in HH Island!
Our recent stay at this property in Hilton Head, SC, was nothing short of perfect. The location is absolutely amazing, providing easy access to everything we needed, yet tucked away enough to offer a serene and peaceful environment. The interior of the home is both beautiful and immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The space comfortably accommodated our group of 12, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their time. The layout and amenities were so well-designed that we found ourselves with no real reason to leave the property. Whether we were cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, lounging by the pool, or enjoying the spacious common areas, we had everything we needed right at our fingertips. We were so impressed with our stay that we're already looking to book this residence again for next year. It's rare to find a place that meets every expectation, but this property truly exceeded them all. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and hassle-free getaway!

Perfect family gathering
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving week @ 7 Painted Bunting Road. We can’t say enough about the gorgeous home and how nicely it accommodated our large party of 12. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed to make our stay complete. The teenage kids loved the bunk beds too . Thank you ?? we will be back .

Spacious with a wraparound porch
Had a wonderful stay with ample room for three families. Lots of Living space including an amazing wraparound porch with views of the hot tub and pool. Fully equipped Chef's kitchen. Will definitely stay here again.

Our stay in Sea Pines was perfect. The home we rented was beautiful, comfortable, and suited our large group. The pool, hot tub, and close proximity to the beach afforded us many options for recreation. Coastal Homes and Villas did an excellent job prior to and during our stay. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful!
The property is beautiful and very well maintained with ample amenities. We particularly enjoyed the in-home/pool sound system, the large family-size dining table, the fully-stocked kitchen (with lovely china:), and proximity to both the beach and the Salty Dog shopping area. The management company was particularly helpful when our son left his favorite action figures in one of the bedrooms. They were tracked down promptly and shipped back within the day. The customer service was impeccable. I highly recommend this beautiful home!

HHI 2021
One of the better properties we have used in over 20 years of vacationing at Hilton Head Island. Management company was the best we have experienced. Minor issues resolved immediately. Walking to beach a little difficult for elder guest. Proximity to south beach was great.

Amazing Home!
We absolutely loved this home! We had a group of 10 people and everyone had ample space to cook, eat and hang out together but also plenty of bedrooms. The kids (and adults) had a great time in the pool, riding bikes and watching the outdoor TV. The house is less than a 5 minute walk to the beautiful quiet beach. Located about 1/2 mile walk (or bike ride) to the Salty Dog. The house was clean and beautiful! The manager left us clear instructions (everything we needed to know!) and was super responsive when we couldn't locate a remote control for one of the TVs. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to return again!

We loved everything about this home!! We went to HHI for a week of golf with some old friends. The house had everything we hoped for and needed for the week (spacious rooms, the pool, hot tub, grill, location to beach, TV, wifi and Salty Dog). The house was very clean and up to date. Will definitely stay at 7 Painted Bunting again!

A week of Celebrations
Starting with Father’s Day Celebration and Ending with our daughter’s beach wedding along with a 50th wedding anniversary celebration with a catered low country boil at the house, Painted Bunting was the best house ever we have rented. It had everything we possibly could need. The pool, pool deck and overlooking porch with its comfy furniture were a favorite for us. Our encounters with Coastal Home and Vila Company were fabulous. Hands down best house and best rental company we have ever used!
