Check out the private saltwater pool and spa. As long as the temperature doesn't fall below 55 degrees, you are all set to enjoy FREE pool & spa heat typically March through May & September through October (depending on outdoor temperatures).

- Pool & Spa Info: The pool is approximately 27' x 12'. The saltwater pool and spa are able to be heated seasonally only at no additional cost. Neither will heat if the temperatures drop below 55 degrees at any point during your stay. Typically this means you can heat the pool and spa with the electric heater from March through May and again September through October - weather depending. To confirm heat, please reach out to Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival.
