Hilton Head Oceanfront Enjoyment
We booked this house with a few other families for our son's senior trip/Easter break and it was perfect. We had a total of 12 people staying in the house and we all had plenty of room. The pool and hot tub were refreshing and the ocean was just a few steps away. The view is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were very spacious and provided all families with exactly what they needed. We loved the kitchen and enjoyed many meals and laughs around the large arched granite countertop. We highly recommend this house if you have a large group. Biking around Hilton Head is fun especially on the beach. The rental company was very responsive to any needs we had and made all of us feel very welcome and appreciated.

Beautiful Property

BEAUTIFUL HOME OUTSTANDING PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP!
6 Black Duck Rd is an absolutely beautiful and impeccably kept home! Plenty of room for our large family! 10 adults and 5 grandchildren! The home itself was extremely clean, beautifully maintained and decorated like someone lived there. We did not feel like we were in a rental, it felt like home! The property is second to none! We enjoyed the beach each day, relaxing and swimming in the pool ! Beautiful sunsets and morning strolls on the beach!! The home is situated on a part of the island where there is very little foot traffic on the beach. There were very few people on the beach allowing for a quiet and worry free vacation! We didn't have to deal with the concerns of the large resorts and hundreds of people looking for a spot of sand. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! A special thank you to the staff at Coastal Home & Villa! We vacation each year with our family and honestly this was the best property management group I have ever worked with! From Hawaii to Italy by the far the best! They were responsive, professional, and helpful!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!

Fantastic family vacation house
Beautiful home and location for a family vacation. Backyard oasis with pool, spa and multiple grills, right on the beach and 2 min bike ride to South Beach Marina (bar, ice cream, restaurants)...what more could you ask for?! How about deer browsing in the backyard and dolphins right off the beach! Wonderful place for a large family gathering and mgmt co. was very responsive & helpful. highly recommended!

Family Spring Break
We had a group of 11 ranging in age from 4 to 64 and everyone had a great time. The location and home were perfect. We were within walking distance/bike ride of many beaches, shops, and restaurants but also felt secluded and private.

Great House, Great Location!!
My family of 12 decided to change our "shelter-in-place" location. Great decision. House was very spacious for our size of group. Very nice pool/hot tub(bigger than pictures depict). Deer in backyard nightly. Right on the beach tucked back for nice seclusion-only 2 minute walk to water. Originally booked for a week, but extended for an additional 5 days. Sea Pines is beautiful gated community with a ton of bike trails. Rachel at Coastal Homes was extremely responsive whenever need arose which wasn't very often. Highly recommend.

Very nice property!
Nice property! Very clean, loved the ice machines, outside and in! Canopy quit working, was stuck out , which helped with the rain we experienced! Would recommend. Few minor issues, but nothing to complain about.

Wonderful stay and service....
I stayed here for a New Years trip with my extended family. This house is incredible. Each bedroom has large, luxury bathrooms. The kitchen is spacious and there is plenty of seating for dining. The location is great. We easily biked to South Beach and Harbour Town. The house has a huge outdoor gas grill and a pool and hot tub that can be heated in the off season. The pool was heated as well or better than any I have ever seen. The kids in our group loved it. I cannot say enough about the service provided by Coastal Home and Villa. They were attentive and responsive, and they made the stay great.

Beautiful home and great place for a vacation
We chose this home for a family vacation and were just thrilled with it. Spread out interior living spaces, nicely furnished and great kitchen--appliances, dishware, glassware--everything you need for a relaxing week. The outdoor living area had several tables, a huge grill, a beautiful pool, and a private walkway to the beach. It is in a very secluded area, with lots of room to spread out on the beach. We couldn't be more pleased and look forward to staying here again.

What a wonderful week we spent at 6 Black Duck. The house was so spacious it accommodated 4 generations, great grandma, grandparents, parents and 4 young children. Everyone had plenty of space. Very equipped kitchen, lovely pool, and right next to a boardwalk to the beach. A quick walk to Salty Dog. We would love to come back every year and make more memories,

Absolutely Amazing!!!
Perfect property and location! Pool, Hot Tub and Beach what more could you ask for! The house is very spacious and can accommodate multiple families. The bedroom set up is perfect with different “wings” of the house. Great bunk bed room for little kids. Nice set up with a spacious kitchen with attached living room to socialize while dinner is prepared. Beautiful private office for those trying to get a little work done on the trip. The pool deck has multiple sitting locations and a built in grill, fridge, bar and ice maker - perfect for hanging by the pool all day! Walking distance to the Salty Dog which has a variety of offerings for breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream. Short drive to multiple golf courses.

Understated House
We rent houses on VRBO several times each year. This House is a blue chip property. Excellent layout. Plenty of room in the kitchen and seats for eating. Ice machine in the kitchen for making drinks. Additional ice machine pool side for making more drinks. Large natural gas grill we used several times. Nice gym for working out. There is a peloton bike so bring your shores. Beautiful ocean view! Short walk to beach. Pool is in the shade so the water is cooler and refreshing. Super clean!!

A Week With Family
This is a great house, great grounds, on Hilton Head Island. We have rented the house for three years in the past and plan to rent it again in 2023. The home has a private bath for all bedrooms except one room recently converted to an additional bedroom. The kitchen is well done and furnished. The property was in excellent repair and property manager handled a few maintenance items in a timely manner. The scenery and yard or grounds are just outstanding. For the past two years we have been visited each morning and evening by a herd of deer including a fawn grazing each year. Its hard to imagine deer in the back yard of an oceanside property. The outside pool area even has a crushed ice machine. Our family would highly recommend this house.

The Great Escape

Family Vacation
6 Black Duck is a fantastic home for a large family vacation with lots of bedrooms and baths. A private office for those that needed to work. Location is very quiet even during peak summertime. Wide beach and great for fishing in the early mornings. This was the second time to rent this amazing home!

Best adult family vacation
We booked this house to enjoy with our 5 adult children and 2 significant others. Because of college and work lives it had been many years since we were all together. It was just perfect. Plenty of room and we made use of the whole house. We had a nice dinner celebration in the dining room and enjoyed the pool and beach every day. It was perfect. The management company was so responsive. We were sad to leave and will definitely book again.

Amazing Family Vacation
We had our family of 11 stay here for a week and it was fantastic. The host team were incredibly helpful in our planning helping answer questions, give recommendations on the area and taking care of our needs even before we arrived. The house was clean, the kitchen was well appointed and we can't say enough about the location. Easy bike ride to Salty Dog, beach walks on the daily and amazing pool/backyard. Everybody from 13-80 had something to do everyday - it was fantastic!

One of the best beach house experiences
The property is super clean, very well decorated and maintained. It is located in the gated sea pines resort so you don’t need to worry about traffic or getting touristy like in Outer Banks. Kids loved the private beach, it’s so big that there is enough space for any outdoor activities. We also saw dolphins multiple times during the stay, the kids were absolutely ecstatic.

6 Black Duck Ideal Family Beach Vacation
The property was the perfect destination for our family beach vacation. We hosted our three grown children and their families of 14 ages 4 to 77. The house is spacious enough for everyone to have their own place to gather, sleep and play. The gourmet kitchen is wonderfully stocked and appointed, a dream to gather and cook in. The outdoor spaces are comfortable, beautifully landscaped, and only a short walk to the beach. Thanks to property management everything about our stay was easy. When asked, my family had only one suggestion…”next time, let’s stay longer!”
