Terrific house in a beautiful location
We have rented houses in Sea Pines for over 20 years and this home tops the list! It was extremely comfortable and clean, with plenty of room for several families to have their own space and still stay together. The kitchen was fantastic and we enjoyed the pool and the game room very much! Enjoyed seeing the alligators in the lagoon each day. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful, Relaxing Stay
My family and I spent a week at Twin Pines. The home had every amenity we could need and more. The pool area was wonderful for our family, as were the game rooms, children's room and and remainder of house. The house is amazing and in great shape. We would recommend this house to any big family or friends traveling together.

Fun in the Sun
We rented this house with a three different families had a wonderful time lots of room to spread out the kitchen was fantastic! We enjoyed having two dishwashers as well as numerous appliances to use. The kids really enjoyed the pool especially the shallow entry and bubblers. Overall had a wonderful time wonderful outdoor space and great layout.

Superb Sea Pines Stay
This property is the perfect Hilton Head retreat for a large group. The house is large with many bedroom options and so many fun things to do. We enjoyed the billiards table and covered pool every day during our stay. We appreciated the high end amenities this property provided. The Sea Pines community is peaceful and everything you would want to do is a bike ride away. We biked to the beach, restaurants, shopping, golf, and horse back riding. The management company is very responsive and great to work with. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic in every way!

Great location
Nice, big house in a great location. Easy biking to a lot of areas. Kitchen has a separate ice making machine which was one of the best ideas for a beach house. Great pool and outdoor area. Loved the pool table and chess table. We used those daily

Absolutely Fantastic!!!
Our growing family stayed in Sea Pines at this beautiful home! I wanted something large enough so we all had space! This home provided that and so much more! The pool and game rooms were a big hit!! The kitchen was a dream for the chef that came to prepare a few meals for us. We would stay again in a heartbeat!!!

Perfect
Absolutely wonderful. Home is beautiful, so much room, pool is a dream..... All high end appliances, cooking was like being at home! Very clean and had no issues. Great place to stay.

Amazing week in SeaPines
House was perfect for a large family. Everyone had their space but plenty of space to congregate. So much to do at the house we didn’t have to leave to find fun if we didn’t want to. Heated pool was awesome, pool table and game table were used all week. Our large multigenerational family had a blast!

Excellent for a group!

Top tier listing
Lets just say that I'm already planning my next stay at this property! The space and accommodations are top notch for the Island. I get a private pool with every vacation rental, but none can and will top this pool and outdoor space! Amazing stay with memories that will never end!!!!

Fantastic Vacation
We had a wonderful time in Sea Pines. My family has rented this home a few times and each time has been wonderful. The house is in a great location, clean and well maintained. Our kids love the pool. The property management company was also a huge help and quick to respond for any questions/issues we had during our stay.

Spring Break Perfection!
My family of five, as well as my in-laws and my brother-in-law's family of five, spent a wonderful spring break week at this beautiful and well-appointed home in Sea Pines. Everyone had their own space to sleep and with the multiple living areas, no one was ever on top of each other. The best part was the covered outdoor pool that we chose to heat for the week. What could be better than NOT having to constantly reapply sunscreen on six young children?! Sea Pines is a wonderful area of Hilton Head and one we hope to return to again. Five stars for this rental!

3 Twin Pines Ct
What a wonderful house. We had a great week with plenty of fun for all ages. We enjoyed the pool continuously with 5 kids. It was so nice that we could sit in the evenings with our glass of wine and just watch them play. We enjoyed biking, walking, and going to the beach. Everything was so convenient. I particularly loved the kitchen and it’s many amenities. We had a 10 month old that could navigate the whole house in his 4 wheel scooter. He thought he was as big as the older kids. There was so much to do and so many places to go. There were activities for everyone. The ladies loved the shopping. It was hard not to go everyday. We highly recommend this accommodation for large families

A Hilton Head Gem
This property is located in Sea Pines and a short walk to Harbor Town. It was everything we needed for this extended family vacation. The property manager communicated regularly before our arrival, was welcoming and very professional. During our 4-day stay we enjoyed an afternoon on a shrimp trawler, two of the island golf courses and dinner in Harbor Town. We wished it could have been a little warmer for more use of the pool but the game room kept everyone happy. I highly recommend this property to anyone!

Great rental for a large group
This home has it all - plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, huge kitchen, several living areas and an enormous pool! The space allows for group gatherings as well as quiet places indoors and out to read (or work). The dining room table was a popular spot for jigsaw puzzles and the game room was perfect for watching sporting events and playing pool. This home is within walking distance to Harbour Town and the beach shuttle is just a short drive away. We received our check in instructions including Sea Pines passes in the mail two weeks prior to our trip. The management company is easy to contact via email and are quick to respond.

Fantastic!!! Awesome home and amenities.
Stayed here with another family and our kids. House was better then we could have expected. Tons of rooms and bed allowing everyone to have their own space but also large areas like game room and kitchen for everyone to gather. Both kids and adults had a blast using the heated pool. This was our first time to Hilton Head, house is close to lots of restaurants and activities. We rented bikes and went to the beach a few days. Overall very happy with the property.

Great vacation home
Our family had the perfect vacation in this home. Plenty of rooms to gather or have private time. Best part was the pool which is perfect size for swimming. Kitchen was a chefs delight!!!

Family vacation
The trip was great. The home had plenty of room for our entire family of 15. The kids enjoyed the bunk bedroom. The pool was large and it being covered was great on the day that it rained keeping the kids occupied. The home was well furnished and had everything we needed. We hope to make this a yearly trip.

Great house for a large group!
We had a group of 10 - 4 adults, 3 teenagers and 3 kids 10 and under. The house is spacious and laid out well so that we were never crowded and there were so many fun activities in the billiards room. The pool was a huge hit!1 Will definitely stay here again!

The house is amazing!
We went for a family reunion of 16 people including kids and everyone loved the house. All the amenities are great... the pool is perfect and as it has a roof, you can use it rain or shine! The kitchen is wonderful and very well equipped and all rooms were very comfortable. Location is good, 15min walk to the lighthouse but the beach is further so you’ll need a bike to go there.
