Perfect escape
The home is beautiful. The property manager responded immediately to our few concerns. It’s right by the ocean (3 houses in) and the pool/hot tub were perfect. Our entire family loved it. The area was very socially distanced. In addition, the construction next door was no big deal. Not particularly loud, and could never be heard in the house. Overall, amazing vacation home!

Awesome Vacation
We loved the house! My 9 yr old grandson described it best..”this place is awesome”! The house was very clean and the pictures don’t do it justice. The closeness to the beach was great. I can’t say enough about Coastal Home & Villa. We have never had such a great rental company! We had a couple minor issues. They had someone there within an hour. They were so friendly and helpful. I will always use them!

Great house, nice stay
We have rented 20 years straight. We enjoyed this property very much. Whoever cleaned it was extremely thorough; every corner of every room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. Used the hot tub and pool daily. Property management company was extremely responsive, friendly and professional. Had 2 very minor issues (light bulbs, hot tub operation questions) and they responded immediately. Well cared for, large house. Will stay again!

Great week in great location
1 East Wind was excellent for our week's stay in August 2021. The house offered plenty of space with bedrooms on opposite ends of the house, and the open living area was a great place for our group to gather. The pool was a great beach alternative for our smaller kids, and it was very easy getting to the beach and back through the short walk between the yards to the beach path. Would certainly return here with our family.

Great House and Coastal Home & Villa was great too!
The house is in a good location with a path off the pool patio for easy access to the beach. Multiple stairs over the sand dune so not wheel friendly. The house offers a lot of space and on suites. Having a wine refrigerator was great for water and beverages! Coastal Home & Villa was great as usual! Very professional, responsive, and helpful! We ran out of propane and it was replaced by the time we went to the beach and back. If possible, always go thru Coastal Home & Villa, they are great!!

Great Vacation Home
Beautiful home, good furniture arrangement, second living room, lots of tvs, easy to send the noisy teenagers to the other living room, nice heated pool and hot tub, good outside furniture. Comfy beds. Very pleased!

A gem in the heart of Palmetto Dunes
This is a perfect house for us and our little dog. The extremely close proximity to the beach, backyard pool, ample bedrooms and baths along with multiple sitting areas makes this house our go-too Hilton Head rental. Coastal Home continues to impress with their homes, management team and the recent addition of credit towards beach/bike gear. We look forward to renting again next year.

An Excellent Choice For Your Next Family Vacation!

Palmetto Dunes vacation

Amazing Stay
The house is beautiful and very spacious. Besides the expected linens and bath towels, they also provided us with beach towels and beach chairs. The house has multiple flat screen TVs which the kids loved. The pool is beautiful and was very warm when we were there. The house is super close to the beach which was the biggest selling point for our group. But one of the best things about this house was the property manager. We had a wonderful, seamless experience dealing with them. There was a hurricane when we were there and the manager promptly sent a crew to help clean the pool. They also sent timely reminders about arrival and departures. It was just great to work with them.

Fabulous Family Beach Vacation!
Our stay at 01 East Wind was fabulous in every way! The layout of the home allows for great family gathering time during meals or at the pool or just relaxing and catching up in the living areas.The home was super clean and was stocked with everything we needed! The walk to the beach is a short one so we enjoyed a lot of beach time in addition to pool time. Thank you for a fabulous vacation! This is the only home we would stay at when visiting Hilton Head!

H Family Vacation
We’ve been coming to HH for over 20 years and this was our first time using Coastal . We stayed at 1 East Wind and it was perfect for our family - close to the beach and great pool. The house was very updated and clean. It had great space for family to be together and separated as needed. Also Coastal was unbelievably terrific from getting us in the house ahead of schedule to handling some minor issues at the house. We will definitely rent from them again !!

Wonderful vacation home, close to beach, would stay again

Hilton Head Island Vacation Home
This was a fantastic vacation. The home was very clean and spacious. We had 12 people in the house and never felt crowded. The location was awesome. A 2-minute walk to an uncrowded beach was quick and easy. The pool was a great place to relax after a day at the beach or riding bikes around the island. Wonderful Home
Our family of 11 had the pleasure to stay at this wonderful home in Palmetto Dunes August 2023. We have been coming to Hilton Head since 1984 staying in various villas and own a timeshare here but this year we decided to rent a pet friendly home with our own pool and close to the beach and are we happy we did! We loved everything about the house, location (always loved the PD community, the beach, the roominess, cleanliness and layout. This house fit our needs perfectly.

The home was in excellent condition when we arrived. Very clean and sufficient towels, supplies, and immaculate. Great house in an excellent location
We really enjoyed our stay. The house is big and easily accommodated our extended family. It was very clean and well maintained. It is a block from the beach and the beach is easily accessible. The pool is wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked and had every appliance and all the dishes etc we needed. We loved our stay!

Wonderful family vacation - would love to rent again
We really enjoyed our stay at 1 East Wind. Great location, great pool area, home and room were great for our families. Loved the wet bar and beverage fridge! Our dog loved being able to come along and had a great time at the beach and pool. Only thing not mentioned was how to use the TV's - no cable only roku devices - which is fine just didn't know and it was confusing for the older generation - lol. Overall great experience and we hope we can rent again in the future!

We had a great stay at East Wind. A few maintenance hiccups, but the management company handled everything quickly and professionally. The house is a great set up for multiple families with suites on either side of the house. The pool/ spa and location to the beach can’t be beat. We would definitely stay again.

Great rental property!
This house fit our needs perfectly! The open floor plan was great for our family. We spent a lot of time by the pool which had a lot of seating and the proximity to the beach was closer than we expected. The property management company was great to deal with too. We will be back to PD and would rent this house again.

Renting the property was very easy. The company managing the property was prompt with their response. We even had a minor issue with the WIFI when we arrived and someone was there within 30 minutes to fix it.

Amazing property!
Everything about this property was A+ It was immaculately clean. Large spacious rooms, amazing gathering areas for our group of 8. The hot tub, pool and pool area were clean and well maintained. Plenty of outdoor seating and lounge chairs. Excellent proximity to the beach. Just a short walk down a beautiful, shady, concrete path which opens up to the most amazing view of the dunes and the white, powdery beach sand. Plenty of restaurants close by and shopping to. This property is as described in the listing and more! Book today, you will not be disappointed. We certainly were not.

Great Summer Home!
We arrived Saturday, to a perfectly clean house- the AC was set nice and cool, and all the lights were on. The house has its own private path to the beach, and the pool was nice if you didn’t feel like going to the beach. Being in Palmetto Dunes is a privilege as well- great location to several restaurants and shopping! This was our second time renting this house- we love it!

Excellent Home
This home is large, clean, and very well maintained. The photos accurately reflect the condition of the home. The two master king suites are great for multiple families/couples. The pool and hot tub are fantastic and very well maintained. The beach is a short 3-5 minute walk. We strongly recommend having a lunch or dinner at Palmetto Dunes House - the prices are very reasonable and the food is amazing. We had a couple of very minor issues and the property management company responded immediately. It's also fantastic that they let you bring your dogs - the pet fees are less than some competitors. Overall, I would highly recommend Coastal Home & Villa and 1 East Wind!

A Wonderful Vacation
We had a wonderful 3 week vacation at East Wind with family. The house is spacious, comfortable and bright. We loved the pool and hot tub and the house is just a short walk to the beach. Small repairs or issues were addressed quickly by Coastal Homes. We will be back to Hilton Head!
