Great Stay at 7 Piping Plover
We had a great week at 7 Piping Plover. The house is fantastic, has plenty of bedrooms and the layout is great for a large family gathering. Outdoor area and pool are also great features. Proximty to the beach makes it easy to enjoy while being close enough to run back and grab anything you forgot from the house. Can't say enough about Coastal Home & Villa (specifically Tyler) for helping us out when our Uber cancelled on us. They were great. Highly recommend staying at 7 Piping Plover if anyone is looking at staying in Hilton Head.

Wonderful location
Our large family had a perfect week together! This property was very spacious and open. The large gathering room open to the kitchen made dinners together memorable. The best feature was the direct beach path! Many thanks to Coastal Home and Villa for responding promptly to our needs.

Beautiful home with great location
Second year we stayed at this home. So close to the beach. Home has everything a family could need. Clean and well-maintained. Rental company has always been quick to respond. Had absolutely no issues.

JUST PERFECT
Our kids and grandkids all agree with us that this is the nicest home we have stayed in over the many years we have been coming to the beach area of Sea Pines. It is a beautiful home with spacious living areas and bedrooms. We loved the upstairs where we all (12 of us) could comfortably sit, lounge, play games without getting in each others way. The adjoining kitchen area, with top notch appliances and utensils, was much appreciated by our men kids who love to cook, The pool and spa were great and of course you have a very short walk to the beach. All the bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Coastal was very helpful in answering all our questions before our arrival and was very professional throughout the process. We will back!

Wonderful stay at a beautiful house and island.
We loved our stay at 07 Piping Plover. The house was beautiful and roomy. The kids had their own space as well as the adults. The pool was large for a rental and the beach path was right by us so a quick walk to the beach! Coastal Homes and Villas was very quick to respond to our questions and when we requested more towels and broom(the one in the house was broken) they delivered them quickly.

Great family friendly home!
We come to Hilton Head every year with our family and this was voted the favorite house of all the ones we have stayed in. The layout is perfect! The proximity is perfect! It is a beautiful home with everything you could possibly need!

Fantastic House and Service
We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Coastal Home and Villa. From booking through our entire visit and after, they’ve been extremely responsive and pleasant to rent through. Our house was very clean and ready before expected. The check-in info was sent to our home in advance and we didn’t have to stop at a separate location or go through any additional steps upon arrival. We had a utility issue beyond their control- they returned our call within minutes and had it fixed within a few hours of calling (on a Sunday nonetheless). The home was beautiful with tall ceilings, a huge gathering area and plenty of space for our party of 16. We especially loved how close the beach was- this section of the beach was also private so it was much less crowded. Lastly, we accidentally left a few items after heading home, Coastal Home and Villa was very understanding and worked with us to get the items back to us promptly. We’ll certainly look to book with them any time we can and would refer to a friend without a doubt!

Excellent property
We loved the house. Lots of room for the 7 of us to chill. We have rented dozens of homes over the years and this one is at the top of the list. Great, well stocked kitchen, 3 large king en suite bedrooms with walk in showers (2 had access to deck). The other 2 bedrooms were also nice. Nice pool and very pleasant short walk to beach. Elevator was very handy as several members of our group have mobility issues. Had a few issues that the management company handled quickly. All in all we lived the place

Great Family Vacation
We hosted our kids, their spouses and grandkids (9 total) for a week in September 2024. We have rented other houses in Sea Pines the last 5 or so years for this same group, but this was our first stay at 7 Piping Plover. The house was ideal: very clean and well equipped, tastefully furnished, spacious and comfortable, and conveniently located to the beach. The elevator was a nice bonus in loading and unloading luggage. The rental company (Coastal Home and Villa) was highly responsive to a couple of issues that did develop and exceedingly easy to deal with. We could not be more pleased and are planning on staying there gain next year.

7 Piping Plover was great!
The property was great for our family gathering! We loved the location and house. The beach was just steps away and the pool was a hit with our grandchildren ages 6-21. We paid to have the pool heated and it was a perfect temperature. Elevator is a life saver when bringing in luggage or groceries. We would stay here again!

7 Piping Plover
Great location, super close to the beach, and right on the beach path. Spacious home with lots of room for everyone and the dining room table was big enough so our entire family could eat together ... and the kitchen is well stocked too! Home also has a bigger driveway to accommodate bigger families and more cars. Pool temperature was perfect and a great way to beat the heat on the beach in the afternoon. Easy bike ride to south beach, especially for ice cream after dinner. Check in and check out were easy Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Nice accommodations
We normally have stayed at villas in the past, but now that kids are grown and now they have babies, this was perfect. No need for bikes, but a little far from south beach or harbor town for walking. Nice pool, short walk to beach, 3 master bedrooms, spacious family room.

Our stay at Hilton Head
Beautiful roomy house. Were there with our children and grandchildren for a reunion with our extended family in other houses nearby. The photos of the house were helpful in determining rooms for family members. House was very clean. The Coastal management was helpful and cordial.

Summer, 2023 Vacation
My family spent a week in this lovely 5 bedroom home. It has 5 spacious bedrooms that easily and comfortably accommodated our larger group. The whole house has been recently updated -it's quite nice. The backyard of the house abuts the pedestrian path to the beach, making the (shaded) trip to the beach a convenient breeze. I've stayed in many houses in Sea Pines over the years and wouldn't hesitate to put this one on par with some of the larger, beachfront properties in Sea Pines. It was a great house and management was helpful throughout. The pool was a perfect size and receives some shade throughout the day which is great in the Summer.

Above Expectations
7 Piping Plover is lovely. The house is first class. It was in great shape, and very clean. It is a very easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We rented through Coastal Home & Villa, and they were exceptional throughout our process. A joy to work with.

Perfect Vacation
Just returned from a perfect vacation on HHI. Our family of 6 adults and 2 little girls stayed in this immaculate home - it was so much more than lovely! Beautifully decorated, sparkling clean, and has a fully stocked kitchen. It even has an elevator. The large, heated salt water pool was splendid. The beach path was next to the home with a one minute walk to the beach - perfect. We even had a photographer, Meredith Campbell, come to the beach for some beautiful family pictures. The management company was terrific - responding to any question within minutes. Overall - we would give this property a 10 if we could and would highly recommend it to everyone!

Sea Pines May 2021
We stayed at 7 Piping Plover with 9 adults and 2 toddlers & had plenty of room to spread out! The house & location were amazing! The home was beautifully decorated and had plenty of seating both for meals and lounging around. The beach access was just right next to the pool & just a short walk to the beach! The house was spotless and Coastal Home & Villa was wonderful to work with & always available whenever we had questions or a concern. This was an amazing vacation! Highly Recommend!!!

A Perfect Beach Vacation Home!
We had a great family week at 7 Piping Plover! The house is beautifully decorated and has a well stocked kitchen. The rooms are all spacious and comfortable. It is in a perfect location right next to the short beach walk, an outdoor shower to rinse off and a refreshing pool, that the kids love. As my 6 year old granddaughter exclaimed “Best vacation ever!”, as she jumped in the pool. Coastal Homes and Villa is an exceptional rental company.

Wonderful Stay, Steps from the Ocean!
I want to thank Rachel at Coastal Home and Villa for saving our vacation! This was not the original home we rented but due to pool issues at the original rental we ended up at this location and it was wonderful! We had four generations staying and all agreed it was one of our best vacations. There was plenty of room if we wanted quiet time or if we all wanted to be together. Being next to the pool, we were concerned the path to the ocean might be busy, but it was not a problem at all. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. Every bathroom had a hair dryer. There were also beach towels available. We rented baby items from Baby Quip and everything was there when we arrived. I would highly recommend staying at this home which is just steps from the ocean!

7 Piping Plover Summer 2020
We stayed at the property with our family of nine and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property has excellent living spaces and bedrooms and an excellent pool area. The access to the beach is great. The concrete paved walkway is literally steps from the pool and has a wide area for walking to the beach. We were advised of an issue with the oven before arrival and it was promptly addressed. One air conditioner malfunctioned and it was corrected by a serviceman very quickly. The property was clean on arrival and easy to maintain by the family. Coastal Home & Villa was very proactive throughout our stay. Overall it was an excellent experience.
