Great Property
23 Lands End was exactly as advertised. A very nice property with an extraordinary view. Every night we were treated to a spectacular sunset. Every day we viewed a couple of porpoises playing in the shallow water right off the beach. Because of its location at the very end of South Beach we were somewhat shielded from the busy island north of us. And when we wanted more activity we were only a short walk to the Salty Dog or an easy drive to other island locations. The property was very well maintained and spotless when we arrived. The furniture both indoor and outdoor was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting and dining on the Oceanside porch and outdoor deck. We used the grill, which was like new, several times. The Property Manager was especially helpful. They responded very quickly to the questions we had and were. Very professional. My family had a great time on this trip and hope to return in the near future. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay, the property, the location, the condition of the property, and the management company.

Beautiful View!!
House is perfect. The management group, Coastal home & villa provided excellent service . Helped us through every step. They were the best I have ever dealt with. Quiet small neighborhood. Home was very clean. Updated bedding , floors, blinds, & bathrooms. Towels were the best I have experienced in rental. Easy access to the private beach. Dolphins everywhere. Small piece of heaven.

Perfect Vacation
I love vacationing at Lands End! I enjoy watching the boats run up and down the Sound, the bike paths, and the convenience to the Salty Dog for music, shopping, and restaurants.

Great views and wildlife
The sun rises and set are beautiful. You see dolphins and all kinds of birds everyday. The host is great. Fast responses to any query. The house is not luxurious but clean, very comfortable. Good internet and TV in every room. Nice to grill on the back deck or just sit there and watch the water.

Great Location on the Sound
We have vacationed at HHI for many years, this location on the sound was a family favorite by far. The guys love to fish and the girls love to sit on the beach, so this satisfied all. The boardwalks leading to the water were great for rolling down our beach carts. Definitely plan to return.

Perfect Vacation!
The home was exactly as pictured - but the pictures can’t convey the comfort of the furniture and beds. It was extremely clean and the furnishings have been updated and are in excellent condition. The kitchen is very well equipped, with all of the utensils, cutlery, cups, glasses, plates, pots/pans that you could possibly need. And then there’s the view and the beach - it just doesn’t get any better. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the screened in porch, having lunch on the patio or walking down the well-maintained boardwalk to the beach - it’s all just perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and you’re just a short walk to Salty Dog. We’ve vacationed on Lands End Road many times and this home is, by far, our favorite.

A Hidden Gem
We stayed during April, 2020. The home is clean, completely renovated, and has amazing sunset views. Added bonus that there's a private beach for the community. The rental agency was easy to deal with and available at all times. We definitely plan to return.

Amazing stay!
We were lucky enough to stay at this property for about 9 weeks. The location can't be beat. Amazing sunset views, perfect location for riding your bike on the beach or watching the dolphins. The property management company was extremely responsive to any small issues that arose. Would love to stay again.

The perfect place
This was our first time to Hilton Head. The property we had been renting in Sunset Beach NC, came off the market when the owners retired and moved in. The rest of the beach was booked so we thought we would try HH. We were pleasantly surprised by just how nice this property was. It was very clean and the location was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of wildlife to watch including Dolphins, Deer and Armadillos. Sea Pines was beautiful and the best place on the entire Island is Lands End. If you ever get the chance to experience it for yourself please visit.

Great beach house getaway and highly professional property manager!
This property is near perfect. Recently renovated and featuring newish furnishings, the house is about 50 yards from the beach and offers a deck and screened porch that are relatively private even though the home stands alongside others in Lands' End. It worked beautifully for our group of two couples and two dogs. Coastal Villa, the property manager, was incredibly responsive to our needs - even providing a no-additional-cost pass to the nearby marina pool when they learned the community pool would remain closed due to COVID. It is details like these that make all the difference. The check in and check out process is seamless and Coastal even texted us early to let us know the house was available for check in two hours prior to the posted 4pm check in. We would definitely return and would certainly rent from Coastal again given their high level of service and solid communication.

Sunset at 23 Lands End
This home was excellent in every way! The cleanliness was above reproach!! I want them to clean my house!! Details, details—just when I knew they would have a cooking item I needed, we would find it. There were two coffee machines which took care of the one a day coffee drinker or the coffee break stay at home workers. The furniture was a cheerful beach selection which allowed all of us a view. I loved the swivel chairs to face the sofa or swivel to the beach view. All three bathrooms were very up to date and very clean. The spacing of the bedrooms was excellent. The sunset view was perfect with a glass of wine. We could not have asked for anything more. Our rating would be EXCELLENT!!!

Wonderful home
We greatly enjoyed our stay at 23 Lands End. The views are incredibly and the home comfortable. It is in an ideal location with close proximity to the beach. For the most part the kitchen is well equipped which is important to us as we cook in most days. Our only suggestion is the house needs real sheet pans not the flimsy disposable type provided. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

23 Lands End
Have been taking family vacations to HHI for about 12 years and always stay in the Land End community. Great location on the Intercoastal and only a 10 minute beach walk to the point and open ocean. Schools of Dolphins in the channel everyday. Great place, especially for small children just getting used to the salt water.

Great location and amenities to ‘get away from it all’!
Loved having the beach out the back door and the pool a few steps from the front door. Easy walk or ride to South Beach and The Salty Dog. The place itself is nicely updated, we had plenty of space for everyone but also room to enjoy prepping meals in the kitchen and options for where to eat together. We loved eating on the porch. My 20 something boys loved biking but also enjoyed being able to paddle board or throw the football on the beach only steps from our door. An outdoor hose would have been nice to wash off beach toys and paddle boards, also beach chairs that were in working condition would have been good, but otherwise the place was well equipped. Great time, will be back to Lands end.
