Music & Taste on the Harbour
We are excited to share that a seasonal event is returning this fall at the Neptune Statue is called “Music & Taste on the Harbour.” This year you’ll be able to join us every Thursday evening from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm to listen to great music and grab some great food. Some bands you can listen to are our Deas Guyz, Target the Band & Headliner Horns, and The Nice Guys. Many of the restaurants at Shelter Cove Harbour will offer some tasty treats you can purchase. Be sure to bring your chairs to the event to sit in, as seating will be limited. Admission to the event brings a canned good to donate to Deep Well Project.
14th Annual Italian Heritage Festival
Another great event on Hilton Head Island is the 14th Annual Italian Heritage Festival. This year it will take place on Saturday, October 19th from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm at the Coastal Discovery Museum at Honey Horn. Here your family can experience the rich and colorful culture of Italians. You can find something for everyone in the family, from delicious food, local arts & crafts vendors, inflatable kids’ zone, and more. Plus, don’t miss seeing the Hilton Head Plantation Big Band play for some live entertainment. Don’t forget to purchase your tickets for this event before the big day arrives!
Pumpkin Patch
If you happen to be staying with us on Friday, October 18th, you’re in for a treat at Shelter Cove Park. Here you’ll be able to enjoy a pumpkin patch where the kids can dress up in their Halloween costumes and participate in their costume contest at 5:45 pm. This event will start at 4:00 pm and ends at 7:00 pm. Let the kids enjoy the free bounce houses, pumpkins, and games. Extras like the Train ride, rock wall, and concessions are available for an extra cost. Think of the kids’ fun at the pumpkin patch this year on Hilton Head Island.
